“With kiosks everywhere these days it was so nice to walk in and even though the kiosks were there have someone ask us at the counter if we wanted waited on there at the counter! The service and the attitude there was the best I've seen in a fast food restaurant in years!!

Ashlee was an excellent waitress, answering our questions, quickly bringing out our appetizers and refilling our drinks efficiently. On top of that she maintained a sunny disposition. “Usually go for breakfast but first time going for lunch! I had a bacon smash burger and it was fresh and delicious! Bacon was massive and for it to be a double patty it wasnt ridiculously big and hard to eat at all! Some burgers can be gross and messy, this wasnt even close! Food is always fresh and delicious! I even ate my leftover half of burger the next day and it was great! This place needs to be a national chain! P.S. ALWAYS ask for Aurora the server! Shes the sweetest and always smiling!“

“My family and I were at Leetonia Dairy Queen tonight and it was very busy. I am an empathetic person and I could sense a lot of tension and stress amongst the employees. After we ordered and received our food, we saw a female employee storm out of the kitchen and say “I’m done!” The only two employees left working were very young and customers continued to walk through the doors. The teenage employees were stunned and upset. A couple of minutes later, the male teenage employee sheepishly stood at the cash register and said, “Our manager just walked out and we’re both underage so we have to close. We’re really sorry.” A bunch of us felt very sorry for the kids and went up and gave them extra tips. The teenage boy said, “Is it okay if I cry in front of all of you people?” We all reassured him and the female teenage employee that this was not their fault and that these things happen. They both cried and hugged each other. The boy put a handwritten closed sign on the door and began the process of locking up. One of the customers still inside with us finishing eating went over and hugged him. My 7 and 5 year old kids were watching this whole situation unfold and I was very happy with how the teenagers handled themselves in such a stressful situation and with how all of the people (even ones who were turned away after just having walked in) treated one another with love, kindness, and compassion. Not a single person responded rudely or unkindly. Everyone showed empathy. Kudos to those two teenagers. Experiences like this will serve to make you even stronger and ready to face adversity.“

“Even on a stormy & cloudy night, a Dairy Queen visit will bring smiles to everyone faces. I love getting a sundaes but it is also fun to bring home some Cherry dipped Dilly bars & ice cream sandwiches for everyone else. It all disappears way too quickly. lol -We also love getting ice cream cakes for birthday parties & celebrations.

“This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“

“It is quite possible that Burger King wins the prize for best themed spooky season food items & unique & fun toys for the kids. We did have to travel to Salem to get the Morticia Kooky Chocolate Shake which also may be one of the most unique flavors I’ve tasted. It has chocolate cake batter with chocolate ice cream & purple & crunchy sprinkles. My nephew really liked the Churros but didn’t want to dip in chocolate. I on the other hand love the chocolate dip. All the themed items are yummy and they have certainly did a great job & the kids will love the toy items as well.
