“First off I don't know why everyone is ranting and raving so much about this place. Was in the area and decided to try it since everyone's saying it's so good. Got a double burger and chilli cheese fry. Burger was average and the cook put spices on small part of the burger instead of the whole burger. The chilli cheese fries were decent. They would be a whole lot better if they used thicker fries and not finely shredded cheese on them. This place is not the best around like people are saying it is but it's okay. Would I ever stop back in, probably not. Gave it a try because of all the hype and just wasn't impressed. Service was good and staff were super friendly though!! Place was clean and prices were decent!“
“I stopped this morning with an unplanned large order, $50 order. Heaven, Shaw and the rest of the team were amazing! They were getting door dash orders left and right and the drive thru was busy. They treated me like I was priority and triple checked my order. Amazing I really appreciate you Heaven and Shaw, they need a raise!!!“
“Just went through drive-through at 11:38. Only one employee, which was the manager, working the inside and drive-through by herself since 4:30 am. service was great. Food was fresh. There was a line of other vehicles in drive-through and two people inside and she was taking care of all. This woman needs a medal and a really big pay raise.!!!!!!Next time you complain about a restaurant and they're service think about the young people today that don't work and don't show up for work!Show some compassion !!!! or make your food yourself“
“Pondi's is incredible! I am continuously blown away by the quality of the dishes they put out, and they do it at all levels. One day, you'll want a burger or a sandwich and fries, and you'll be blown away by the flavor. The next trip you'll want a seafood dish, and restaurants this far from the Ocean aren't supposed to make seafood taste so good. A unique, small town feel with authentic roots and great food.Parking: They have a paved lot that fills fast and then a row of parking on a steep gravel path that often is close to full as well. But they did update the restaurant to accommodate more guests, so they work really hard to get everyone seated and served quickly“
“Despite hearing bad experiences from peers, I tried eating here for the first time and was blown away. The Galley Boy is by far one of the greatest burgers I've ever had, and the milkshakes were thick to perfection. Service was also excellent, and the people serving were very polite and professional. “My job is right around the corner and we’ve become regulars. I made a joke on my order a couple weeks ago by putting “love you” in the special instructions and they took it and ran with it. The staff is friendly and today I felt like a vip when I picked up breakfast burritos for myself and coworkers. They always treat me well and I tell them every time see you soon because we always go back. I’ve become a regular when I pick up our food. Great food and great staff.“
“I visit this place for breakfast on weekends whenever I'm in town, and I can't resist the opportunity. The staff is exceptional, always wearing a smile and being incredibly friendly. If I ever had to train a wait staff, I would bring them here to observe and learn from this remarkable team. Moreover, the food they serve is of exceptional quality and fairly priced, further enhancing the overall experience.“

“I am saddened to hear my dear server has left your establishment. Im sorry to say but whoever let her leave has made a terrible mistake. You and your staff will never recover from the loss of tanner yergin. She was the greatest waiter and woman i had ever met. The Pittsburgher and the big P pulled pork were the best i will ever have. But since the sudden change since tanner left i cant return. It is a shame i cant show up anymore but i am glad the times i had with tanner my waitress and the establishment itself. Sincerely. The J. “We went here for my birthday yesterday because we were referred here by relatives and wanted to try it. The food was excellent- generous portions, served hot, and a ton of variety on the menu. I like the option of either butter or herbed olive oil for the bread- a true authentic Italian way of doing it. They may do a bit more business if they offered alcohol. The server was pleasant, although we felt a bit rushed by her and she seemed as though she did not want to be there, but the food and atmosphere make up for it. Perhaps she was just out of her element that day or was having an off day- we all do. It is said this place used to be an Antone's restaurant back in the day, however I was not reminded of it when I stepped inside. I had the Sausage Diablo and it was wonderful. We each ended up taking half our orders home. They were not busy that day, however we put in a reservation just to be safe. I am glad we tried Paul's and look forward to returning!“
