Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in New Middletown offers a mix of experiences. The staff and management are generally praised for their friendly service and consistent good treatment of customers. The food is delicious and served quickly, with a notable graduation cake. Customers appreciate the workers' friendliness, which helps create a welcoming atmosphere. However, some reviews mention long drive-thru wait times, with one experiencing a 30-minute wait and interruptions during ordering. There are concerns about the atmosphere feeling a bit tired or exhausted, and some food has been described as dry and underwhelming, possibly cooked just to get it out quickly. Prices for desserts are rising, which has been a concern for some. Parking is ample, making it easy to visit. Overall, the restaurant provides good service and food, but there is room for improvement in management, supervision, and consistency in food quality.
