10 Best Burger Restaurants in New Castle

“I'm a Chili Cheese Fry connoisseur. Not professionally, but I've eaten a lot of them far and wide. This is my 2nd favorite place behind Nico and Lou's Coney Island in Sharon. Stopped by today and my only issue would be the cheese sauce used doesn't taste very sharp, lacking most of the actual cheese taste. The Chili sauce and choice of fry were excellent, best Chili in Lawrence County.“

“Kid-friendliness: My son had to get blood work done so I took him here for breakfast because of their legendary french toast sticks. It was SO refreshing how warm and friendly everyone was here. Everything was very clean and staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Plus the food was cheaper than expected. The food was hot and fresh! I enjoyed it here more than I would have in a sit down restaurant. It's hard to find a place that's welcoming and people are so friendly but this place was amazing!“

“Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. I spoke to the manager Betty and explained there is no way that this could be my order I wanted my food made fresh, she tries to tell me that it was made fresh which was insulting because I am very intelligent not to mention I used to manage Wendy’s in Cleveland Ohio before so I know it takes 10-12 minutes to cook something fresh. So after the replaced the order I asked the manager Betty if I could have a word with her when I finished my meal, upon completion I went to talk to the manager Betty to explain that only the chicken sandwich was hot and the burger wasn’t satisfactory my intention was to request half my money back being I wasn’t satisfied. It was at that point I was asked to leave and I was still eating a frosty and my daughter was still eating at this point because it wasn’t resolved at the store level I do not ever plan to visit Wendy’s again and now requesting a full refund. I do not want and gift certificate or any thing like that , you can keep your apologies because the manager Betty should have been the one to provide it. Please send a check for the full balance of my order to.“

“Been going here 20+ years. Never actually had a bad experience, if I dine-in I’ll wait longer as drive-thru is always top priority. A few times order was wrong, they may have forgotten 1 item but my partner would call and speak to the manager who always replaced it. Food and environment, including the bathrooms have always been clean. I miss the way whoppers used to taste, you can tell corporate has downgraded the meat quality, isn’t the same so unfortunately I’ve stopped going to Burger King.“

“My boyfriend and I went out to dinner tonight, and I must say. By far our BEST time there yet! Food was hot and amazingggg!! Dalton was fantastic!! I asked him about the steak (normally always get the bourbon chicken & shrimp) he said it was super good so I tried it! My goodness, I’ve never had a steak melt in my mouth the way this one did. We had gone to Longhorn steakhouse the night prior actually and for them being known for their steak they disappointed me. Thankfully now I know I can get good steak here! We come out to Applebees often and will definitely continue coming back!“

“First time at this McDonalds and got breakfast for myself and two others and this New Castle Location was by far the best McDonalds I have ever been too! Service was so efficient while staff were still being pleasant! The food was even the best and most tasteful along with the coffees! By time I got the food home it was still decently warm and didn’t need reheated!“

“Food is always fresh! If you do have to wait a little bit it’s because they are making it fresh for you. Also, every time I’ve ever had an even slightly above average wait time, I’ve been given a frosty or drink for my inconvenience. That is customer service. Great place.“

“I went in for a cone, had a fifty and the kid behind the counter paid it forward and bought my cone for me. I will definitely be going back. I hope they do some type of parking lot Car cruise. Looking forward for that patio to open up might be a good place for a DJ during the car cruise.“

“The food was decent, but the service was extraordinary. I love our waiter he was such a darling. I would definitely go back just because of him. I implore you to check out the salad bar before choosing, but it has a nice little choice of salad toppings. I was satisfied with my meal.
