“Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. I spoke to the manager Betty and explained there is no way that this could be my order I wanted my food made fresh, she tries to tell me that it was made fresh which was insulting because I am very intelligent not to mention I used to manage Wendy’s in Cleveland Ohio before so I know it takes 10-12 minutes to cook something fresh. So after the replaced the order I asked the manager Betty if I could have a word with her when I finished my meal, upon completion I went to talk to the manager Betty to explain that only the chicken sandwich was hot and the burger wasn’t satisfactory my intention was to request half my money back being I wasn’t satisfied. It was at that point I was asked to leave and I was still eating a frosty and my daughter was still eating at this point because it wasn’t resolved at the store level I do not ever plan to visit Wendy’s again and now requesting a full refund. I do not want and gift certificate or any thing like that , you can keep your apologies because the manager Betty should have been the one to provide it. Please send a check for the full balance of my order to.“

“I went to this Wendy’s today. The employees were nice and the food was excellent, the only thing is my sprite was a little flat. I don’t mind though ha ha it was still good.😆
My kid got a kids meal and they let my kid switch the toy which was very peachy 🍑. My oldest got a junior baconator meal but said her fries were too salty, but you know, teenagers, they complain about everything LOL. The costumer servers was excellent!“

Everyone does their best, and the friendliest order hand-off you could ever ask for is from employee Annie, who always has a smile to share. Hope McDonald's realizes what a gem they have in this particular team member. Annie is the Best :)“

“Last visit was the first Friday of lent. Manager had left 3 employees to deliver food/inventory to another store. When the rush hit they were short handed and became over fun with orders. I have never seen in my previous 12 years of restaurant employment a manager LEAVE to deliver to another store. Normally the store on need would sacrifice the body. This cause a crew of very flustered employees who did not filter there disgust from the dining rooms ears. Uncouth language was present while I died with my young daughter.“

“Order for takeout. This is a combo location with KFC. There are accessible parking places near the door, the entrance is accessible, and seating is, as well. Pleasant, efficient service right away, as soon as we were ready to order. The very nice girl who took our order was easily able to tell us what all was on the different items and compare between choices. We each got one KFC and one Taco Bell item for dinner. Restaurant was not crowded, and the drive-through appeared to be efficient as well. Our order was right the first time - which is highly unusual for this location; we usually get shorted at least one item, and often have individual orders wrong at pickup (we get food from here at least once every 2 weeks). Crispy strips were yummy, as always, but I wish KFC would bring back its old Sweet & Sour dipping sauce; the current sauces are less-than-yummy. Original 3-piece white meal had one good chicken breast, one tiny, greasy chicken breast, and one really greasy wing. The Mexican pizza was very good, and the Supreme Burritos were excellent, also. Our order was complete quickly and efficiently, and service with a smile.“

“Food is usually fresh and the service is quite good. Staff are respectful and friendly. atmosphere is welcoming. Unlike the McDonald's in this area, orders are rarely made incorrectly.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, should be enough to find a spot on most days and times.“

“This Subway in the plaza across from Shanango schools is clean, friendly, and gets enough business so the food is always fresh.

I got the spicy Italian sub, and they made it to my specs exactly.

I recommend this Subway as a very good place to get a well made and tasty sub.“

“Overall, a five! Because the service was great and they made my sub, large spicy Italian, one ea. exactly to spec.

I hadn't eaten at a subway in a few years, just because I like Philly steaks, and only get those from a restaurant.

But, for a good lunch, and a great sub sandwich, the subway in Shenango across from the high school is really waaay better than I expected.

So, five stars, based on service and the Spicy Italian sub being actually good.“

“I love this Popeyes location. I used to hate Popeyes and would literally never go there. I recently moved over here and had some food from this location and it totally changed my opinion on Popeyes. Food is always fresh and cooked to my liking and done in a timely manner. Recently had an issue with my order and they fixed it no questions asked. “My local subway always does it right! The workers have changed over the years but whoever is working always gets it right. The prices are somewhat expensive but if you have the app or the coupons that come in the mail it is affordable. I don’t think I have ever been disappointed with this subway!“

But one time when my mom ordered online for my food, I only got the burger but this time with the ketchup, I didn't want it so I made my own burger with the hamburger from the Burger King and I put cheese on it, but I still enjoyed the food though.“

“Kid-friendliness: My son had to get blood work done so I took him here for breakfast because of their legendary french toast sticks. It was SO refreshing how warm and friendly everyone was here. Everything was very clean and staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Plus the food was cheaper than expected. The food was hot and fresh! I enjoyed it here more than I would have in a sit down restaurant. It's hard to find a place that's welcoming and people are so friendly but this place was amazing!“
