“Where do I start... I have to eat Gluten-free and I am able to have about 80% of what is on their menu! I have NEVER had a bad meal there. I have suggests had very good service. “If I don’t post this my mom’s going to kill me she’s reminded me like 10 times since yesterday 😂 but here I am! Yesterday we tried this Popeyes in New Castle. My mom wanted a large red beans and rice, so we ordered through the drive-thru. The guy at the window asked to confirm just the red beans and rice try some more Popeyes and I joked, “I will if you add something for free,” and he just went “ohhhh” 😂When we were cashing out, he told me he’d added a small mashed potatoes to the bag for free. I said thank you and drove home about 8 miles away. When I told my mom about it, she was so happy and touched that she asked me to drive back just to thank him in person for the kind gesture. So I did.His name was Suhan, if I remember right. Thank you, Suhan, for being kind small gestures like that really do bring people together. The world needs more people like you. “We usually get our ceasers pizza in. Boardman. We happened to be in the NewCastle area and stopped in to get a pizza here. KALEB andJOE could nothave been any nicer and the pizza was just the best. “I did a 10 piece classic wing combo (with fries/drink), 5 original hot and 5 garlic parm. Some of the best wings I have ever eaten and definitely the best wings I have ever had a Wing Stop. Fresh cut fries were fried to perfection as well. Only downside was staff didn't seem to be into their jobs, felt like they were just going through the motions. It wasn't late a night, was around 6:30-7pm, so they shouldn't have been tired for work already. Will return for sure!“

“I was nervous because the reviews were bad. But my order was superb and the driver was friendly and polite. The pizza was cooked perfectly, with tons of pepperoni. I ordered late night out of desperation, but will now order again because we enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff and driver who made our day.“
