I had such a great experience at this Burger King location! The woman working the Drive-Thru (I wish I caught her name!) was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in her work. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and positive energy that made the whole visit feel warm and personal.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, 4-piece mozzarella sticks, and a Hershey Pie—everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. It’s honestly the best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. Clean environment, great service, and quality food? That’s rare these days at fast food chains.

I’ll definitely be going out of my way to come back to this location. Give that woman a raise! 👏🍔🍟🥧“

“On 1/18/25 around 12:30, The guy at the first window who took my payment was very kind and loved my dog. The guy at the second window was also amazing and very kind. It’s sad that I don’t feel this way at a lot of fast food restaurants or even very nice restaurants. These guys treated it like they worked a white tablecloth restaurant.“

“Forgot to get pictures because it was soooo good. This place is amazing from the time you pull in to the time you pull out. That's because you pull in,they come take your order and if you're not ready you flash your lights and it'll come out and take your order. Anytime you need anything you just turn your lights on and they come out to your vehicle. When the food comes out they place it on your window sill. I ordered there famous brown sugar cheeseburger and when I tell you this burger is fantastic, it is!! This burger has such a sweetness and a good beefy flavor at the same time it's amazing. Also ordered some jalapeno fries and they were so so good. Yes come here and eat well worth it and good prices ❤️“

“We were a party of 9, hungry, thirsty and with a few picky eaters. Ashlee was an excellent waitress, answering our questions, quickly bringing out our appetizers and refilling our drinks efficiently. On top of that she maintained a sunny disposition. “10/10 crab experience. We’ve been to many of these places in Ohio and easily, Federal knocks all of them out by a mile, including the local crab boil. Justin was extremely attentive, crab legs came out quick, hot and well cooked every round, the sides are served buffet style but have someone taking care of them so they don’t dry out. The bathroom ran out of paper towels and not five seconds later a waiter pops their head in to help. Was WELL worth it and we will be back!“

“I'm currently sitting here eating, the food is fantastic! I got chicken tenders because I'm a toddler, but they're so 🔥. The food was as fresh as could be, I literally had to wait a minute to start eating. The tenders were fantastic! I'm not sure what the breading is seasoned with, but I can tell you it's good! The fries are nice and crispy and also nicely seasoned. The hush puppies are the best I've had in a long time, and the Sam's Sauce is also delicious! I would recommend it twice if I could!“

“Usually go for breakfast but first time going for lunch! I had a bacon smash burger and it was fresh and delicious! Bacon was massive and for it to be a double patty it wasnt ridiculously big and hard to eat at all! Some burgers can be gross and messy, this wasnt even close! Food is always fresh and delicious! I even ate my leftover half of burger the next day and it was great! This place needs to be a national chain! P.S. ALWAYS ask for Aurora the server! Shes the sweetest and always smiling!“

“The place was clean and inviting. We sat immediately and recieved great service with a smile. We chose the wing platter and a pizza. The wings were fall-off-the-bone broasted. There was dipping sauce for the wings and malt vinegar for the home made fries. Everything was great! Go!“

“Had the seafood enchilada dinner last nite and my husband has the Shredded Chicken Chimichangas dinner. Both so fresh tasting and delicious! We love El Cowboy and the food there has always been great! We’ve been going since our first date 6 years ago. When we took my Brazilian daughter in law and son to see Disco Inferno , we had so much fun and my daughter in law loved the food as well. The fresh made salsa and coleslaw with chips is too die for anc very addicting ! Haha! God Bless Israel and his staff for always doing such a wonderful job!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“If you order a DQ blizzard cake. Expect the staff to give you a week old lobby freezer cake that taste extremely freezer burnt after they scraped the old writing off to put the new writing on and expect the manager to give you an attitude and tell you he won't refund you but give you a voucher for a future cake. “I told my husband how fast, friendly, and accurate the drive-thru is. Exceptionally so. We bypass the closer ones because they aren't as consistent. He decided to go there to see. He said now he gets why I keep raving about this location. This is our preferred weekly ice cream destination, and yes, I mean over Handels as well. Great work, Boardman!“

“Oh my goodness where do I start?! First, when I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by a beautiful lady by the name of Kristy. She was very punctual and informative with all the deals and specials Rally’s had to offer. She made ordering a breeze and made my excitement to eat Rally’s that much more amazing! Once I made it to the drive thru window, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Mathew. He seemed to be the manger but if he wasn’t he should be. I’d even go as far as saying he should own his own Rally’s or receive a substantial raise!! Mathew was very professional and well spoken while making sure my visit to this Rally’s was suffice and smooth. Between Kristy, Mathew and the cleanliness/appearance of the Rally’s establishment alone, I will most definitely be coming back to Rally’s on Belmont in the future!“

“Nick's DQ is a throwback retro style DQ. He and his team are always friendly and courteous. Some may not agree because they can get overwhelmed at times at peak hours but they will always treat you with the utmost courtesy. My family and our four fur kids made going there a regular event during sunny summer days, and Nick would always be welcoming. Sadly we'll be hard pressed to find another DQ like his, since we're moving. We'll miss the good treats and good times.“

“OMGoodness! I popped those fries in my mouth and wanted to pull over (and they were not stingy at all). Then I bit into a hushpuppy and almost had to pull over. A little further down the road, bit into a hugemungous shrimp and wanted to close my eyes but I'm driving so instead I just started singing. Was trying to save the fish till I got home but........pinched a piece, popped it in, brand new song; I started rapping, y'all!!! Their tarter sauce is different; wish I had asked for 2 extra cups. You gotta go. I'm in town for work and it's 35 minutes from my hotel, but you bettah best believe I'll be driving them 35 minutes back!! Go there! You'll love it!!!“

“We recently hosted a surprise party at Hackett's and it was absolutely wonderful! The owner Danny & his team were all very accommodating and helpful in the whole process! The bartender was a rockstar and the managers/staff were so nice! The outdoor patio is beautiful. And the bar has good food & cold beer! What more could you ask for! We will definitely be back to relax & enjoy a football game in the near future!“

“Even on a stormy & cloudy night, a Dairy Queen visit will bring smiles to everyone faces. I love getting a sundaes but it is also fun to bring home some Cherry dipped Dilly bars & ice cream sandwiches for everyone else. Rather I go solo and or with loved ones it’s always a hit, I love introducing new people to this place and hear the great feedback from them. “Rude staff, I was in the drive through from 846 pm to 922. There was only 3 cars ahead of me and I only ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget. 4 cars including one with just 4 chicken nuggets should not take 36 minutes. Edit- They made it up to me and gave me a free meal.“

Had lil nieces, my sister, and brother in a wheelchair. They totally accommodated us, normally since covid they said orders are usually just picked up. “I went to the Applebee’s in Niles and I had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was even better by our server Jessica!
