“Probably the best Subway that I have eaten at. We work right down the street at LTT and place large online orders. We have ordered from here at least 20 times in the past year. The food is always great, packaged well and labeled nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. This Subway deserves 6 stars!“
“Almost every Friday, I like to take my girls down to Burger King for breakfast as a little treat. It’s become a special time for us to get out in the morning and grab some Frozen Cokes and our usual order. One of the lovely ladies that works there every Friday morning knows our order by heart, so as soon as we go to order, she already knows the rest. It’s that extra touch that makes my girls feel so special, and it’s the sweetest thing that makes our mornings extra special! We love our local Burger King!!!“
“The food is always hot and fresh, tasty, and presentation is always on point and very neatly packaged. You can tell they take pride in their food. Love their corndogs and chicken tenders especially, and that seasoning they put on their waffle fries is so good (way better than Chick fil A’s!) This is a favorite spot for my Dad and I. Whenever I go through the drive-thru the lady is always so friendly and sweet! Great food, great service. Worth the wait! We love Hot Dog Allie!“
“The Austintown Chick-fil-a is always a great place to stop. They are relatively fast as the service, and food is always hot and delishous. They are friendly, and if they accidently mess up, they go above and beyond to fix it. They are also super nice to my son. I would always recommend this one.Parking: Large parking lot that always has spaces.Kid-friendliness: They have always treated my son very friendly. I wish they had a play area, though.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of parking for handicap and dedicated tables.“
“Great service at this Arby's. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly. My son (4) had his window down in the back and the woman was extremely nice and engaging with him. When the food came she asked us to pull forward some so she could hand him his kid meal directly to him and he absolutely loved that! Great service from her! The fries were warm, the chicken nuggets were delicious from there, and the gyros were pretty good. I think the gyros could have used more vegetables. But all around it was pretty good.“
“Not all DQs are the same. This one is awesome! The blizzards are mixed to the bottom and full of the flavors so you don't end up with a plain but delicious half cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Thank you! In all the years of going to this one 4 Blizzard's at a time. I did finally get 1 made wrong I swung around they remade it quickly with apologies all the way around, still the best. We aren't there for an expensive product just good food at a decent price and you get just what you asked for. Sometimes mistakes happen, I have 2 teens they'll tell you all about my mistakes, we apologize make it right and move on. Life is too short to be angry about getting chocolate when you want vanilla. “For fast food, this Subway is great. The quality is good, all things considered. I've been ordering the Subway Melt here since I was a young kid and I've never had an issue with this location (although, ironically, this is one of the Subways that dropped the Melt from their menu, although you can still order it). Service is fast, efficient, and normally accurate with only a few rare exceptions in the years that I've been coming here. Only possible complaint I could have is some of the staff. Now, having frequented Newton Falls and the surrounding area most of my life, I know from experience some of the locals can be abysmally rude. Keeping that in mind, I think some of the staff has just had it with customers' b******** Now, I'm not trying to make excuses, but I've witnessed a very rude elderly gentleman endlessly berate the young man who was making his sandwiches over things that were hardly worth getting upset over. He was getting several foot longs and they were all complicated orders and the elderly man was very impatient and not ordering in a clear concise manner. The young man was trying his best. On another occasion a lady resorted to name calling because there wasn't enough onions on her sandwich (if you're unfamiliar with Subway, you stand there while they prepare your sandwich in front of you, giving you plenty of time to ask them politely to add more onions, rather than not paying attention and complaining about it later). On yet another occasion someone was on their phone the whole time and I can't even begin to list all the problems that caused. Now, that being said, it's not abnormal for the crew to be a bit curt. Most of the time they are very pleasant, but often enough they can be a little ill tempered, most likely because of a previous customer with a poor attitude. I think it's pretty understandable. Don't let it dissuade you from going to this Subway. That aside their food and performance is great and worth the patronage. Just don't be a jackass to them and you shouldn't have any problems.“

“There were three people working here tonight and all of them were hiding somewhere in the back. There were seated customers eating and there were two ( in different parties) of us waiting to be waited on. I yelled for them twice. I had to wait ten minutes for them to come out of hiding. I understand taking breaks but not all together. I wanted an apple pie, he rang it up and the cherry pies I guess were where the apple pies go, so I got a cherry pie.“

“This is specifically for DQ Austintown, Ohio! Sure, this is not a Brazier per se, they don't sell fried food such as french fries, burgers, chicken. The service inside is adequate but I've only gone in once. On the other hand the drive-thru is fairly quick and courteous with pleasant folks serving your order and taking your payment. I use the drive-thru at this DQ frequently. It's a double lane drive-thru so you need to be careful of other drivers, they could be a problem. The overall place is clean, neat and they have a huge array of cakes and other treats in the frozen food cases inside.“
“I enjoy Papa John's Pizza, but unfortunately I will not be purchasing pizza from them any longer until they decide to charge reasonable prices for their pies.$20 for dough sauce sprinkled with toppings is in entirely too much to ask for.“
