I believe they're a year old in the newly constructed building and the newly appointed manager and it's a great place to get that burger or basket of chicken served up hot, finishing with a cone or a blizzard. How could you say no to that! Clean store, friendly staff and awesome food. Win win!“
“That store has really turned around since that new manager showed up, her name was Miranda. Super kind woman! All of my food was made correct for the first time in a long time. The app said 13 mins, but it was ready by the time I got there. There was a line in the drive through but Miranda handled everyone with such grace and had a cool head the whole time. I've never had such great service at this location and had to share!! I hope to see more of her!“
“EDIT: July 2023 - This MdDonalds has stepped up its game. I still go here (its on the home from work). I have not "sat" idle at this McDonalds at all this year. They are on it! Even for a huge order, when I expect to wait for a bit, I've been pleasantly surprised to get my food as quickly as I have. And they just paved the drive too! NICE!!We just ordered a McFlurry and we sat at the drive thru window and watched 3 or 4 employees chat for 5 mins or more before someone came over and asked what we were waiting on.“
“Super friendly, foods always nice and hot. Only downside was that my children and I almost got backed in to. A person in a 4 Door sedan gunned it backing out of a parking space. The breaker quickly and then did another burst in reverse. This made me and my children drop our drinks and run back to the door. The staff provided drinks back and super kind.“
“The kids working there are awesome! They work fast and deliver good product. Plus they are always so friendly! We have never had an issue there. Who ever writes on their cakes has amazing handwriting! I have ordered two icecream cakes from there in the past year and both were good with beautiful handwriting. Keep up the good work guys!“

“For fast food, this Subway is great. The quality is good, all things considered. I've been ordering the Subway Melt here since I was a young kid and I've never had an issue with this location (although, ironically, this is one of the Subways that dropped the Melt from their menu, although you can still order it). Service is fast, efficient, and normally accurate with only a few rare exceptions in the years that I've been coming here. Only possible complaint I could have is some of the staff. Now, having frequented Newton Falls and the surrounding area most of my life, I know from experience some of the locals can be abysmally rude. Keeping that in mind, I think some of the staff has just had it with customers' b******** Now, I'm not trying to make excuses, but I've witnessed a very rude elderly gentleman endlessly berate the young man who was making his sandwiches over things that were hardly worth getting upset over. He was getting several foot longs and they were all complicated orders and the elderly man was very impatient and not ordering in a clear concise manner. The young man was trying his best. On another occasion a lady resorted to name calling because there wasn't enough onions on her sandwich (if you're unfamiliar with Subway, you stand there while they prepare your sandwich in front of you, giving you plenty of time to ask them politely to add more onions, rather than not paying attention and complaining about it later). On yet another occasion someone was on their phone the whole time and I can't even begin to list all the problems that caused. Now, that being said, it's not abnormal for the crew to be a bit curt. Most of the time they are very pleasant, but often enough they can be a little ill tempered, most likely because of a previous customer with a poor attitude. I think it's pretty understandable. Don't let it dissuade you from going to this Subway. That aside their food and performance is great and worth the patronage. Just don't be a jackass to them and you shouldn't have any problems.“
