“The food at any Pizza Hut is always good. They're pretty consistent. What sets this one apart was the fantastic welcome we received. This is not a sit-down restaurant. Carry out only. But my three young grandsons and I didn't know that. As we walked toward the door, we were greeted OUTSIDE by an employee who discreetly asked my permission to give the three boys lollipop suckers. Then, inside, she gave them each Star Wars stickers. She was patient with us as we decided upon our order. Then she threw in a few other treats for us to take with us. The Pizza Hut employee said that they don't often get walk-in traffic, especially with children. (It's mostly drive-thru.) The staff was fantastic, and the boys have a great memory. Oh, and the food was delicious, as usual.“
“I don't even know how to describe my QPC I had last night. It was the best ever. This burger had real meat not the breast implant filler meat mc ds usually has. It was bliss. The lady at the window was the best as well. I will only be going here from now on.“

“Pretty good taco bell. I like how the inside area is laid out where you can see them making the tacos. I had an issue with ordering on the app, so that was annoying. I had to use the kiosk inside, which was fast and easy, but it doesn't link to my account so I couldn't use my points or bonus.Parking: Decent parking area. Pretty easy to navigate.“
“I love A&W coney dogs. I live about a half hour away to treat myself yo them. The stand close to me closed down so now I have to make that drive. I ask my waitress if I could buy the coney sauce and of course she said no and u told her it made it easy for Me since I am 67 yrs old to be able to enjoy it more without the drive. I don't no why they won't sell the sauce I mean it's not a trade secret you can just Google it and get it so I went home and made a batch and it was spot on the same and I made it with the stuff u already have on hand but I will still go from time to time for the experience.“
“After a nightmare experience with a Domino's phone employee, I called Pizza Hut. We had recently moved to Ravenna and had not tried many pizza joints in the area. My wife is on a low carb eating plan. Domino's wouldn't accommodate our crust less pizza request. Sebastian did. He confirmed with another employee on how to properly put it in the system. He was very professional and seemed delighted to assist us. He repeated the catch phrase of "no one out pizzas the hut". Give this kid a raise and a promotion. He knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to give GREAT service. We will definitely order from Pizza Hut Ravenna in the future. Thanks crew for all you do! Sebastian, you're a rock star!“
“For fast food, this Subway is great. The quality is good, all things considered. I've been ordering the Subway Melt here since I was a young kid and I've never had an issue with this location (although, ironically, this is one of the Subways that dropped the Melt from their menu, although you can still order it). Service is fast, efficient, and normally accurate with only a few rare exceptions in the years that I've been coming here. Only possible complaint I could have is some of the staff. Now, having frequented Newton Falls and the surrounding area most of my life, I know from experience some of the locals can be abysmally rude. Keeping that in mind, I think some of the staff has just had it with customers' b******** Now, I'm not trying to make excuses, but I've witnessed a very rude elderly gentleman endlessly berate the young man who was making his sandwiches over things that were hardly worth getting upset over. He was getting several foot longs and they were all complicated orders and the elderly man was very impatient and not ordering in a clear concise manner. The young man was trying his best. On another occasion a lady resorted to name calling because there wasn't enough onions on her sandwich (if you're unfamiliar with Subway, you stand there while they prepare your sandwich in front of you, giving you plenty of time to ask them politely to add more onions, rather than not paying attention and complaining about it later). On yet another occasion someone was on their phone the whole time and I can't even begin to list all the problems that caused. Now, that being said, it's not abnormal for the crew to be a bit curt. Most of the time they are very pleasant, but often enough they can be a little ill tempered, most likely because of a previous customer with a poor attitude. I think it's pretty understandable. Don't let it dissuade you from going to this Subway. That aside their food and performance is great and worth the patronage. Just don't be a jackass to them and you shouldn't have any problems.“
