We stopped today at a VERY busy time because it was during the Garrettsville community sale. We were totally impressed with the speed of service, both in ordering our food and receiving our food! Plus...the tables were continually cleaned so that people were able to sit comfortably and eat. GREAT JOB! Kudos to the entire staff!
I ordered a box of ice cream sandwiches when I got home. They were very thin. They only weighed 1.8 ounces, 1.9 ounces & 2.0 ounces. Each one is supposed to weigh 3 1/2 ounces, I called and spoke with the manager. Whoever made the ice cream sandwiches never weighed them by the time I got them home half of them were melted.
Food was good. They were very nice but they were understaffed and overwhelmed, my order was not correct but they fixed it promptly.
