Old Food.Cold fries and chicken, and a blizzard that was already completely melted. There's no way that much ice cream could have melted in the 10 min it took to get to the window.

Made a quick stop today to get my granddaughter a milkshake after an appointment and the young man that took our order was SO polite !! He was absolutely on point with his people skills and I just wanted to give him a well deserved compliment!!

Seems like it's just a long wait everytime we order. I love their food & more their Ice Cream Cakes, Seems like past few times we've ordered tho our foods been cold once we did get. Ordered from the mobile app a few times & no big issues other than food being cold & more bc we had to wait in them after our order said it's ready. They also apparently choose their own hours, maybe it's a Garrettsville thing but we've we've even waited in line - no sign up, lights on just to finally...read full review
