“Everything about this specific location is to love. The store manager is so sweet, professional and you can tell she loves her job. You can tell EVERY employee loves their job!

I have yet to encounter someone with a negative attitude, let alone someone who hasn’t once take the time to ask about your day and use that wait time to small talk. IN A DRIVE THRU! Usually any other drive thru experience is exactly the opposite, a door gets slammed the moment after you get your receipt. Which normally I wouldn’t think twice about… until my morning coffee experiences changed when I started coming to Cortland Starbucks.

We’re all so busy especially early mornings, I appreciate this team’s dedication to taking the time to converse and make someone’s day a little better by simply being gracious.

“It was late about 15 minutes before closing.. I ordered two meals. One was customized. There was a little wait, but who minds piping hot fries. When I got up to the window to receive my food. It was obviously was the shift manager/manager working the window. He seemed so positive. All the normal good manners. Greetings and Have a good night. But he just wasn't saying it or at least it appeared that way. He was really positive...“

“This was the first time I have ever saw this shop. Something about it caught my eye. Very friendly staff, and very good coffee drinks! It looked like a picture when they served us with 2 frappes. The drizzle was going down the side perfectly. It was definitely made with care! They were so good. The best drink I have had in a very long time. Thank you so much! I will be coming back!“
