While some employees may have poor communication skills, the drinks are always made wonderfully. Recently, customers have highlighted specific team members who enhance the experience, such as Bill, who greets regulars by name and is very pleasant. Laurie in the drive-thru has also received praise for being informative and accommodating, especially regarding the new refresher menu. The prices can be high, but the clean location and great people working efficiently create a nice atmosphere to visit, especially with a gift card or promotion.
