McDonald's in Austintown

“Came through yesterday for a curbside pick up. They forgot my fries so I had to go in. So told there for about 10 minutes behind a few other people complaining. Until this worker (with pink hair) came in and saved the day. Got everyone out in 2 minutes with a smile on her face! Just wanted to give her some recognition!!“

“I go to the McDonald's in Austintown Ohio on New Rd. The people who work there are always nice and when I did have a problem with my food I called the number that is posted on their drive through window and spoke with Heather the district manager who is over 50 McDonalds and she is the only person who services our area and I left a message and she got right back to shw was awesome she listens and then she also told me she would make sure my grievances with that McDonald would be communicated to the restaurant manager and she did because I went back and the French fry grease was definitely changed lol. Then with me asking she offered me free meal coupons and a week later I got them in the mail. She was awesome and I like to give credit when credit is due.

“Very excited to already see the Shamrock shake being served in February. I love the neon green frosty drink...I do want to try the Oreo shamrock shake & see how I like it. I normally always get the fish with extra tartar but on occasion a hamburger sounds good. My nephew just loves those Oreo McFlurry. It does look like a kids size McFlurry in his large hands. Lol -- He swears that this McDonald's has THE VERY BEST FRIES in Trumbull County! They were tasty!
