“I am a father of three that loves their chicken nuggets and my wife and I would rather go elsewhere so I find myself going to multiple restaurants for an evening of takeout.

I have lost faith in customer service at fast food restaurants for some time and wasn’t looking forward to calling to notify this store about an issue with my order. I thought the phone would just ring but Nay answered the call, was polite and attentive. She asked if I could come back at a time convenient for me so they can remake the order. I made my way back up and she had everything remade once I arrived. It was the first time I ever seen Taco Bell food looking like the menu board.

The restaurant was so clean, and the food was so fresh. The family they have working there is so nice, they truly care about their customers. I can't wait to go back!“

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. This woman deserves a promotion and all the raises! If you're reading this, thank you so much again! 🩷 May God bless you!“

“Small kitchen in the grocery that offers a menu of delicious. Like your grandma cooking for you, generous portions and many patrons coming and going. They have a few booths to eat at or you can take out. We had asada/beef tacos, chicken sopes, and tried her menudo soup. ?% satisfied. Really you should stop in and try the delicious foods offered!
