Terrible…. We have been sitting here for over 30 minutes….. there is no one in here. We just now got a water. We are sitting at the bar…… I believe it is the manager telling the “bartender” what she thinks are in the drinks….. we never even got out drinks…. We left…. Terrible….. never going back…

Had a great time with my wife nice calm had conversation with people there. Staff seemed to be friendly and polite! Drinks were always topped off never had to ask for anything. Definitely try the won-ton tacos!!

I would give 0 stars for service if I could. It was not busy at all, probably eight tables in the restaurant total and Anaiya was our waitress and she was so rude. We waited 20 minutes just for her to greet our table, she ignored us, and we repeatedly asked for basic needs, such as drink refills. Our food not only was ran out with her entire hand in the food, but felt like it was in a fridge, which explained the 40 minute wait for food. When we told her our food was cold, she laughed and said ok and ran away. She refused to give us refills, refused to serve us, and we had to get a manager involved while she watched and laughed. I just wanted to come and enjoy a meal with basic service, but I see that I could not even receive that! I hope management addresses this disrespect so that others don’t have to deal with her poor treatment and unwelcoming attitude; overall, I am so disappointed and will not return, as well as spread the word for others to do the same.

going out to restaurants, one can expect some slowness and issues. The issue we keep seeing is when our waiter is a bartender and a serving tables and the bar. When he has a friend drinking at the bar, he's consume by talking with his buddy. So one has to be very patient to get anything from him. The food quality very on occasion, from well cooked to just prepared and served. However, the price is reasonable to bring happy hours for their specials.

Terrible experience, served expired beer, complained then they retaliated by sending three different team members vacuuming around our table just about entire dinner. Asked and denied a complaint form for the manager to put in writing they served expired beer from July now in December during Christmas. Expecting call from GM Ron Sulivan to address this and previous complaints about selling expired alcohol. Have yet to get that call.

What a great visit. My coffee was so good. I had the grilled chicken with broccoli and garlic mash potatoes. The chicken had a nice light seasoning and very jucie. The garlic potatoes were so tasty and the broccoli was cooked correctly. Our waiter was so polite and friendly. I think his name was Ethan??. Great customer service skills. Im going back to try the ribs.

Called for a carryout order, asked about the chicken wings. They said orders of 10 for $12.99, I love their wings so I grabbed two!
Got home to two orders of 9. On the one hand, mistakes happen. On the other, both of them being short seems intentional.

ordered take out and instead of garlic mashed potatoes was given green beans and instead of ribs was given riblets the paid receipt showed the correct order. This happens frequently at this restaurant meaning management problems

My daughter and I stopped in for more of a celebratory lunch. The server, I believe his name is Carter, was absolutely amazing (even though there was no broccoli). I requested a mudslide but not a mucho mudslide and the bartender did an amazing job making it. All in all it was a great experience.
