Wait time even on a slow day was awful and wen business picked up not enough help. we awaited even longer for the check . and then she brings us the wrong check so again we had to wait. Thank goodness I had alot of patience.

The manger Mel was very rude I tried to switch an item out and she told me it would be an up charge even though at every Applebees I’ve been to it was no problem workers are lazy sitting on there phones all of them have an attitude and the manger Mel did not care one bit don’t ever go here worst Applebees I’ve been to in my entire life

We visited for lunch. We were shown to a table for two. Business was slow on Saturdays. After the waiter gave us the menu, I noticed that the tabletop was covered in oil. Was it the oil on the table or the oil on the menu that covered a large area of oil? I asked the male waiter who showed us our seats. He didn't react much and helped us move seats. During the meal, another waiter was chatting with guests from other tables and he kept hitting the table behind him with his feet. The impact affected our meal. I won't comment on the food.
When we took the ketchup and prepared to squeeze some onto our plates, we found that the mouth of the ketchup bottle was covered with residual ketchup. After their normal work, shouldn't the waiter clean up and tidy up the table?

I took my 3 grandchildren here for dinner on Sunday evening. There was no one to greet us, a server walked by and said he'd be with us shortly. Then an extremely rude worker approached us and said it would be a 25 minute wait because so many people called off and the kitchen was short staffed and the had so many on line orders. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I did not appreciate his attitude.

Went there tonight ordered a chicken sandwich plain. The waiter even came back to make sure the sandwich was plain then told the cooks it was totally plain as I had told him before. Got my chicken sandwich it had stuff all over it. They said they would remake it and take the sandwich off of the bill. Well the took the sandwich off as a discount and then added it back on I added the bill up ( there was only 3 of us there) the food took forever to get to us all the customers were complaining there orders were wrong and they were taking to long.

My wife and I have been here at the bar twice in the last month. Both times it has been amazing. We get great service from amazing bartenders and the food comes out fresh, hot and delicious. We do not feel rushed and the staff is a lot of fun to talk to. It has changed my wife and I's view of Applebee's lately.

Waiter was unatenitive. Hid in the back most of the time. Waited 10 minutes for our drinks ( water and a pop) . It wasn't that busy. Left a quarter for a tip and he's lucky he got that.

Diamond our server was more focus on her family/friends than her other tables. Our appetizer came out five minutes after our meal and they thought it was kind of funny. The mozzarella sticks were then cold and hard I talk to the manager about it and she just laughed like it was a joke. I finished my meal and the appetizer we ordered still was not done correctly.
