Diamond our server was more focus on her family/friends than her other tables. Our appetizer came out five minutes after our meal and they thought it was kind of funny. The mozzarella sticks were then cold and hard I talk to the manager about it and she just laughed like it was a joke. I finished my meal and the appetizer we ordered still was not done correctly.

This evenning at applebees in avon from Sarah the bartender, I ordered a tall drink (which means a single shot with more soda or mixer! ) I was given and charged for a double! Universally when u say a tall it means a single in a tall glass not a rocks glass!

Dinner here was Fantastic. Our Boneless wings where delicious along with our Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. Our service from David was AWESOME, along with Malibu serving our food was very nice. The manager Angelina checked on us and suggested dessert, she was right triple chocolate is delicious. Thank you all for your great service. We will be back

It's not worth it anymore. Consistent at missing things and/or getting them wrong. Combined with no action taken by management to reimburse me or entice me to return. I used to work in the service industry and it's disappointing how low the bar has become.

The food is always ice cold. The steak was black and tasted like a hamburger. It was literally like eating what I imagine dog food to be. There was only two workers in the entire building.. we waited over an hour for food. There was only six customers in the building. At this point, it should be shut down.
