Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Just came out of eye surgery and Freddy's was nearby so we stopped. One family was seated waiting on their food when we entered. We ordered two double burgers with sides and orange shakes. Took a while and we found burgers to be tasteless
The orange shakes are overpowered with orange flavor. You just need a light orange flavor. Not a restaurant we would come back to.

I love Freddy's food but everytime I come to this location specifically I am stuck in the drive through for 20 plus minutes almost every time. This location seems to be severely understaffed. 2 cars in the parking lot and one person at the pick up window for over 20 minutes is a bit confusing especially since it has happened everytime (5 times) I come to this location. Please hire more people and pay them appropriately so this location is not so understaffed. I'd love to support the closest Freddy's to my home but I can't waste an hour plus with driving if this isn't solved.

This Freddy’s visit was frustrating from the start. We waited way too long just for the cashier to come out from the back and take our order. Ordering should have been simple — two burgers to eat there and a chicken tender meal to go — but somehow that became confusing.

Things didn’t improve much from there. The drink station had no ice because the machine apparently hadn’t been turned on, and ordering a hot fudge shake turned into its own adventure. I ended up having to explain how to make it — basically a vanilla shake with hot fudge added.

The one bright spot was the guy working in the back. He was clearly on top of things, got the food out quickly and correctly, and happily helped us with a box and bag for the tenders to go. He seemed to be carrying the customer service side of the operation.

Meanwhile, while we ate our burgers, the front counter employee spent more time hanging out in the back and chatting than checking on the customers waiting out front. Disappointing experience overall, especially because it looked like at least one employee was genuinely trying to keep things running.

This was a great place. Every one was very friendly. We love their shoestring fries. This time we tried their Jalapeño Fry Sauce to dip our fries. Yummy! And they sell it too.

Had a total of $15 and change gave $20. Cashier was refusing to tell me my total and would only say what was left over which nothing should have been. Asked me why I didn’t have extra cash in my car. I finally pull around and look up the total online for her to keep my change. I have called corporate twice with no avail.

So it took 5 explanations and 15 minutes to figure out I wanted a kids sundae with my kids meal and not some giant extra dessert. The young girl was confused, but it’s okay. The manager did go over everything with me and corrected the situation. The food was decent but it still cost me $44 for me and two kids…and one was a kids meal 😵‍💫😵‍💫
