The kid that waited on us was great he got us to buy both their potato salad which was good and we got a pesto salad which I'm sorry we didn't care for but the subs were made fast and correctly and also delicious and we got the pickle which I absolutely love. It's so crunchy.

Went in today and got two sandwiches. The girl at the counter didn't bother to read my order back to me or check anything when I said it. So instead of having pickles on my sandwich I got hot peppers. I'm mildly allergic to the kind they use. If she would have clarified peppers versus pickles, I would have been able to eat my sandwich. Now I'm out 20 bucks. Normally I love this place, but that's because I order online where there's no chance of anyone...

Consistency and freshnessSo if you hear commercial telling you " Eat Fresh" that's the wrong place.Go to Jimmy John's and give it a try.The bread, meats & vegetables are not pre packaged between paper.
