I used to love this place as a kid... but it really has gone downhill. Every time I call they say 15-20 min.. but yet when I get there 20 minutes later, I'm still waiting for another 10-15 min for my food... there chicken is always dry is there rice smells weird... found a hair in it last time. I try to give the family the benefit of the doubt because they have a baby and it's only then but I'm done giving this place chances sad to say.

Nice people. In this new covid world we find other places closing early or closing down and no seems to care about service anymore. Mandarin stayed open AFTER close to take an order I called in minutes before close (yeah I was one of those people that night). Then while I was waiting at about 15 minutes after close and they were finishing up my food my dad called me and asked me to grab him some food. They happily added to my order. These people care about their customers and go over and above to make us happy. Refreshing to see a business like that now a days.

Under new management!!!! The food is sooo amazing! I ordered everything from vegetable dishes to basil beef dishes to typical pork and vegetables....everything...I mean everything was amazing! Please keep this quality consistent, new management! I will be back!

We ordered here frequently in the past. Not great but okay. Ordered tonight on Uber eats was over an hour late and missing half of our food literally. Called the manager before our order arrived because so late. She said someone would call. No one did. When I called no one answered. Called from my laptop from another number and someone finally answered after our food arrived missing a full meal and all appetizers. The restaurant blamed Uber and accepted no blame for the missing food said there was nothing they could do over and over and to call Uber even though Uber did nothing wrong. The restaurant forgot to give the other bag of food.

These guys are trash. Call to place an order and when we go to pick it up, they tell us order is "never submitted". Tell us too bad and if we want food, it'll be 2 hours. Dishonest and terrible establishment.

We just had Uber bring us Mandarin food. The food was warm and good BUT our cheesecake dessert had Cherry TOMATOES on top.

My review couldn’t do them justice. Wonton soup is the best ever with the great onion flavor and they have AUTHENTIC fried rice! So hard to find now. I recommend their house special fried rice. Absolutely delicious! Wonderful people there as well which makes the experience that much better. Thanks Mandarin !

If I could rate this restaurant a zero I would. The food is DISGUSTING. It's overcooked to the point where it's not even chewable. It's absolutely disgusting. I can't even eat it. It is repulsive. Don't waste your time or money.
