The fries tasted better than what they usually do so I’m assuming they changed the grease so they tasted fresher. They’re always pretty good at this location but tonight, all the food was perfect and spot on!! 😋

We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! I've already gone back to the menu to decide what I want next. Thank you...

First time trying this place and I was a bit disappointed. I love Cheesesteak and have tried many different places. I was not impressed as the steak seemed bland...kinda boring. Asked for Xtra cheese & mushroom but failed to add it. Now the fries were delicious. We ordered 3 Cheesesteaks, 1 Cheesebread (melted cheese on sub roll, folded shut so couldnt pull apart & not toasted), 1 Chicken Parmesan and 2 fries...Chicken Parm had too much sauce, made bread soggy.
