Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Foods good but over priced. Server was a little slow on the return to check if drinks needed refilled. Requested another order of fries right as food came out because we know they are slow on brining out the free bottomless orders. We're almost done eating before more fries showed up.

We were holiday shopping and in a huge rush and that contributed towards me not catching the over charging bh the kiosk until after we got home. This is all based on hard evidence from the paper receipts.

Whatever you do DON'T PAY WITH THE KIOSK AT TABLE! The thing rips you off. I will be contacting corporate and the Avon Ohio store as well to try and get my money back.
Total was 103.41 and I tipped around 18% making total $121.94... I used the kiosk to pay like I have done before and clicked use Gift Card option. The total on the screen never changed from $121.94. BUT the kiosk kept spitting out a receipt after every gift card I used. Everything was fine and the total was going down $15 at a time for the $15 gift cards I had plenty of. I also had a couple $5 cards. After using 9 Gift cards that totalled $100. My remaining balance 21.94 which was $18.53 for the tip and the remaining $3.41. So I swiped another $15 gift card which covered $12.67 of the tip and $2.33 of the remaining initial bill. So I now only owed $1.08 for bill and $5.86 for remaining tip. I inserted the last $5 gift card i had to use it up. Which it only covered $0.28 of the $1.08 and then paid $4.27 towards the tip. So now I've inserted $120 worth of gift cards but the screen still shows I owe the full $121.94 .. So I insert one last $15 gift card but instead of taking off the last $1.94 it now shows that it paid only $0.62 of the remaining $0.80 cents and that it paid $14.38 towards tip!!! Remind you I was in a hurry at the time and not paying close attention to each receipt as it printed. Just saw total saying I still owed $4.33 so I once again inserted a $15 gift card for the kiosk to only pay $0.14 of the remaining 18 cents and for it to put another $14.86 towards the tip!!! It was only at this time when the kiosk finally went dark and I assumed the bill was finally paid for. Even though now looking back I see that the last receipt says I still owe $3.71!! Mind you my total with tip was $121.94 and I swipped $150 worth of gift cards!!! That's 28.06 Red robin ripped me off!!!!

Got a gluten free pepperoni pizza for take out. My gluten detection dog cleared that it was safe. The pizza was excellent and I would go as far to say the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it was good but very par as to other places.

Michelle was great! Super fast and efficient. She approached our table within seconds of us sitting down. Very observant and on top of everything!

Had a great lunch with my family today. Sat at the bar, and Kathryn was awesome. Fish was great, and my brother's loved their burger and wrap. Customer service is hard to come by these days, but you guys nailed it :)
