Went in today for lunch. Ordered the Royal Red with egg hard and no tomatoes. Burger came out perfectly. Extra order of fries was prompt as well as the refills. Burger and fries were very good. Will definitely be returning.

Yesterday 02/21/25 was my first time going to Red Robin and let me just tell you I didn’t regret it what so ever. The food was fresh and the atmosphere was amazing the workers were so friendly and welcoming. The manager gave us free fries since it was our first time. The customer service was amazing! Def will be back!

1st time at Red Robin. Everyone raved about the food, so I took my wife for a "date night". Once we got there, we had a 1/2 hour + wait time. It was a Saturday, so I kind of expected a bit of a wait time, but this was a bit long. This is definitely a family place. Alot of kids made it difficult to talk without raising your voice. The table was meant for 2, which was fine, but as I am a bigger guy, the seat to the table was tight and low to the ground. The service was a bit slow due to the busyness of the restaurant. However, the staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and apologetic about the delays. When the food arrived, it was fantastic! We each got different burger plates to try, and the burgers were cooked to perfection. We each got the steak fries to try, because of a recommendation, and we loved them with the red seasoning! We decided to split a Candy Cane Oreo shake at the end of the meal, and it was as good as I've ever had. The overall experience was a good one, but not great due to the crowd and slower service. I will try Red Robin again, but perhaps on a weeknight :-) .
