I don't frequent Starbucks but I go there because my daughter likes it. Overall. It is not terrible but the prices are out of this world. Astronomically high. Other than that their products are not terrible I guess

Taking crème frappes off the menu then saying they can accommodate it. Only to be charged over $7 for a non coffee drink. The barista also charged me for a grande and not a tall. When I suggested she mention the increase she told me “I did tell you I had to accommodate it.” With an attitude.

I’m always there around 5:45am for coffee and these baristas are my favorite! I actually go out of the way to go to this Starbucks instead of the one closer to me.

you WILL wait 25+ min for your drink, inside at least. you can tell they’ve been in trouble for drive times, as they’re ONLY priority is the drive thru

I recently had a less than ideal experience at a different Starbucks and because of that I knew for a wonderful location it needed praise and recognition! I’ve been coming to the Avon 101 location for about a full year now and have never experienced a negative moment once. The staff is wonderful and warm. I believe it speaks to the management of this team. Thank you so very much for greeting people in the morning with a smile no matter how busy you all are!

Order was wrong, literally no coffee base in the frappe I ordered. Had to drive 20 minutes back just to get remade since it was picked up for me.

Have been to this location a number of times and they are absolutely the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Not only do they always make me feel welcomed in, they always make my drinks quickly and correctly.

Starbucks in general has gone so far downhill. This location is consistently disappointing. On the upside, I'll be saving money.

I love this place. Always get exactly what we need and what we want. My wife loves the coffee. Gets it everyday. We'll keep coming back. Keep up the good work guys
