i went there today and ordered a couple drinks, the worker messed up my order and when i told her that she got angry with me and started slamming things around. very rude worker.

Tried to order a turkey sandwich. The cashier said she thought they were out of those. I said okay, I will take the mozzarella sandwich. She said yeah. I think we're out of those too. I didn't know you got paid to think at Starbucks, but apparently you do. Also, nowhere on the menu did it say that those items were out of stock. At the very least, she could have humored me and checked but decided to be lazy and worthless and stood there and argued with me.

This Starbucks is very hit or miss, but the workers there are very Stingy with the drinks they make. Also, let’s not talk about the fact that the newest Stanley Starbucks collaboration cup came out, not that long ago and I called to ask about the availability, The day they were released, and they told me they had none and I called early in the morning when they opened so you would think they would have some. They didn’t so I come to Starbucks in target to see that all the workers have the cup keep in mind. The availability for this cup is very rare and For the workers to have the privilege to get them before everybody else was not fair at all. Even if it’s just a cup it’s a cup that everybody wants.

Saw mouse droppings near cup displays. We were so grossed out especially knowing there could be more maybe touching the food/drinks, fruit fly’s were swarming the area they make the beverages as well. So disgusting. I won’t be coming

I came in at 8:15 pm. I ordered a java chip. I was told I could get a refill if I came back before 8:00. I came back at 7:55 and the girl told me they were closed already. Whee I work 8:00 is 8:00. Not7:50..not 7:55..nit 7:59. I would be strung up from the rafters if I closed early where I work. Please fixed this. I'm tired of businesses randomly deciding when they feel like closing

Ordered coffee today via the mobile app. Got there and there were no cars in the drive through line. 7 people waiting for their coffee inside as the staff chatted, danced and ignored all of the customers. It took 22 minutes for my mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 4-6 minutes, only after I asked where my coffee was. Terrible service. Do better Starbucks. Or hire a manager to be there all of the time - you need one!

Amazing! The Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino that I ordered was amazing! Best Starbucks I’ve been to in awhile. They were fast and made a amazing drink! 5 Star service right there!

I purchased a Starbucks tumbler a few months ago. The coating on the outside of the cup start coming off so after previously speaking with one of the employees who told me to bring it in, I did, and Kamia helped me out. Kamia was pleasant and helpful. Exchange was made, and I enjoyed a great cup of coffee! Thanks Kamia!
