First timer turned lifelong customer ? I am in love with this place. I love the ability to sample before you try, and The combos of soup salad and sandwiches. The Lobster bisque is absolutely amazing! My Fav! Great customer service. Very friendly and clean place.

My wife was HUNGRY and wanted Zoup. We can about 10 mins to closing hoping they didn’t put away the soup. The full menu was available and the food was still hot. Darcy had INCREDIBLE customer service!!! She treated us like we were the first customers of the day, offering samples, telling us about the deals, showing us the different sizes and answering every question we had, all with a smile and great energy. I’ll be coming back for Darcy’s service.

The food was great until my daughter had an interview. She was told during the interview since she wore braids that their establishment was not looking for that look. She's a black female and in 2024 and is being told to not wear her hair like that as it too black. We will pass the information on to our family and friends! No more patronize this racist company. Their lobster bisque is so good! Especially in a day like today... cold and rainy..... nothing better than a nice warm bowl of Zoup!
Avocado toast grain bowl was ok at best. Really bland for a bowl of what should have so many different delicious flavors. Not worth the 16 bucks.

Got the three bean chili soup with macaroni, a whole honey barbecue chicken sandwich, a marshmallow treat and bottle of water. The staff was friendly. Soup was hot, barely could taste it tho. Chicken sandwich and Mac wasn’t warm at all, but it wasn’t cold. For $34- it wasn’t worth it at all.
