The last two times we've ordered delivery, it has arrived 15-25 minutes AFTER the estimated 45 minute arrival time with no courtesy call or anything to let us know they're on their way. Our orders have also been incorrect several times, including an employee telling me on the phone that their "thin" crust is self rising and that the "thin" crust fits better in a large box than an XL. Um, no. Our most order was an XL thin... arrived incorrect. Our order before that was a L thin... also arrived incorrect. We used to get decent orders & delivery before. What changed? The lady making the pizzas?!

My fav pizza place, everytime im in town we come. But unfortunately, the last 3 times we have came we have had an issue. Forgotten food, incorrectly made food, and now dry and burnt food. Followed by a phone call by oh we gave you the wrong pizza. The lack of care when brought to someone attention is just mind blowing. No care to correct or make right or sincerely apologize. I imagine I will still order. But sadly not as often.

Ordered from them tonight . Food was ice cold and whoever made the taco pizza did it wrong they put the lettuce on before they cooked it so the lettuce got cooked too. Usually the lettuce goes on after it’s cooked . Wasted 30 bucks

I know you guys support legalizing marijuana, but are all your employees high? My pizza looks like it was cut by a 5 year old and my parmesan pops have no parmesan on them and did not come with marinara so thanks for the dry, gross bread! Then the girl at the window has the nerve to ask for a tip. Give me a break! We'll get dominos next time for half the price and same mediocre taste with probably better service. Thanks.

First I wat to say I've had real great e.o.chicago pizza.But not on this day.i ordered med pepperoni and a large deluxe I'm aware our economy is rough.on the medium pepperoni we found 6 pcs of pepperoni and 8 on the deluxe sausage was skimpy as well.Ive has pizza all over this country as a traveling worker.Its a sad day to watch my grandkids peeling back the cheese to no pepperoni. To say the least I wabt3d to call to complain but instead why should I.I will never order from this franchise on any level cause the pizza I got today was by far the worst I've ever had bill with tip 45.00 the last ilk spend here thanks for whatever you did send.
My husband ordered us a grilled chicken salad and wanted to add bacon to it . Lady that took the order wrote bacon instead of chicken. Ot what we wanted. First ever bad experience with this place

Ordered a pizza with half meat as one vegetarian and one meat eater sharing and they put the meat on the whole pizza, called and they are saying they can send one as It was ordered but not for an hour 1st time ordering here and the last can't even pay attention to simple direction! Not difficult to put meat only on half not the whole thing

Very disappointed! Tried ordering 2 12in subs for 17.49 and they tried charging us 18.99. They would not honor their online coupon that didn't expire until the end of the month!
