I have dealt with East of Chicago barberton for a couple of years. Unfortunately I've had to call them back because the food wasn't correct that was delivered and again I had to do it today. Unfortunately the I don't know a manager about said no longer taking my orders because I complain. So what, if it's not right what we just accept it? In fact if they don't take my orders that's okay because the food isn't that good and it's fattening and not good for you I only use them for emergency issues. So that's the review and that's the truth. Yes they can't take the truth.

Got a taco pizza, which my family loves never ordered from this store before and never will again was the worst we have ever had was so dry tomatoes were old just the all around quality was bad there was about 2 inches around the pizza with no toppings only the center

This is the second East of Chicago location that I have ordered from and both of them have been great. I would argue this is the best pizza in the Akron area. Make sure you get it “loaded” which is stuffed crust but with pepperoni in the crust too! Highly recommend.

I have never gotten poor service or poor quality food. My pizza is always cooked properly,chicken wings have plenty of sauce, salads and perfectly chilled. I have gone to almost every pizza place in town and I am never disappointed with the staff or with my order. Staff is always friendly and I'm greeted with a smile.

Very disappointed. I order from here all the time and they are usually pretty good at being here within 45 minutes. I've been waiting an hour and 20 minutes and still don't have my food...I called and was told it was on the way and that was 20 minutes ago

Just ordered from east of Chicago and barberton Ohio on the menu under boneless wings. You can only order by the half pound. Not knowing how many that would be. I ordered one serving of the garlic parmesan. When I got my order there were six small boneless wings with no sauce on them. For the price that I paid $12.48 for the sauce and the wings. I was very disappointed when I saw there was only six. The menu seems very deceptive and mis advertised Taco pizza was amazing but I feel the wings need to be advertised accordingly

The food is usually on point and the service is usually pretty quick. But this is definitely the worst meal I've ever received. Obviously there was a lot of turns in one direction...and I thought pizza came in a pizza box, not a styrofoam container 🤷 Bummed!

The last two times we've ordered delivery, it has arrived 15-25 minutes AFTER the estimated 45 minute arrival time with no courtesy call or anything to let us know they're on their way. Our orders have also been incorrect several times, including an employee telling me on the phone that their "thin" crust is self rising and that the "thin" crust fits better in a large box than an XL. Um, no. Our most order was an XL thin... arrived incorrect. Our order before that was a L thin... also arrived incorrect. We used to get decent orders & delivery before. What changed? The lady making the pizzas?!
They are always friendly and the food is almost always great! They are also very involved in their community.

My fav pizza place, everytime im in town we come. But unfortunately, the last 3 times we have came we have had an issue. Forgotten food, incorrectly made food, and now dry and burnt food. Followed by a phone call by oh we gave you the wrong pizza. The lack of care when brought to someone attention is just mind blowing. No care to correct or make right or sincerely apologize. I imagine I will still order. But sadly not as often.
