Consistent food with occasional new menu items. The staff here are pretty friendly and easy to talk to, and will always go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy the toppings that you want.

Now, I never typically have any complaints when it comes to food. Yeah sometimes I'll pay for extra steak and then get like 1/4th a cup of steak, so I stopped paying for the extra steak. When we went through drive through around 2:51 we knew we were early, but Kelly the one who opened the window was VERY rude with us. Telling us to come back at 3:00 in a very pointed and hostile tone. Granted we understood we were early and were fine to wait. Had she not been disrespectful...

Have been to the one in batavia on bauer many different times of Day an they are always out of fajita vegetables or are scraping the pan. This day they were on their phone an I asked about it an they said they would get it. Still talking 10 min later I left. No sense of urgency or customer service
