I showed up at 9:27 pm on a Sunday. They closed at 9:30. This DQ didn’t speak to me in the drive through. At 9:30 the lights turn off and they speak and say we are closed. Definitely not coming back.
First let me say we frequent your establishment quite often during the summer and have always had good service prior to our recent visit.
I have worked as a Chef in a commercial kitchen so I am not uneducated about proper food handling and sanitation and I understand that this Corona Virus situation isn't the norm but I was distubed by what I saw yesterday.
The young lady working the drive thru register around 3:30 yesterday was wearing gloves but she was handling money...read full review

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has a very pleasant associate at the Drive Thru speaker. The staff is always ready to help with anything needed. However, some customers have had issues with their food, such as a 6 piece chicken basket, a 3 piece chicken basket, and a 4 piece chicken basket having problems, like no bread and hardly any fries in the 3 piece chicken basket. Some food was also fairly cold. A customer's Diet Coke had no ice and no napkins were provided. Despite these issues, the restaurant has great staff, including a phenomenal employee, who shows great hospitality and respect. The Fries & Gravy is a recommended meal. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill has a quiet establishment and great job from the staff, making it a pleasant experience for customers.
