Hannah was super helpful and she made me smile. She also got me extra sauces and utensils.
They have a clean establishment. Also they get your order correct on the first try!
Staff was very friendly, however I only purchased 4 potato pancakes, easy peasey? No got them to person in the hospital and they were cold in the center! Waste of almost $5 they went right into the trash, wished I had just got them in Eastgate, couldn't have been worst. Just maybe not throw into the trash can 😕

Arby's offers a mixed dining experience. While the roast beef slider, Sprite, and service receive high praise, there are some concerns regarding the dining environment and accessibility. The restaurant provides warm, decent portions at reasonable prices, though some menu items may arrive cold or incorrect. Handicap parking is not ideally located, and there are complaints about the height of the benches for customers. Additionally, some sandwiches do not match the appealing pictures seen on the app and bulletin boards. Despite these issues, the cleanliness is top tier, and the employees are noted as amazing. The general manager runs a tight ship, contributing to a generally satisfactory dining option that many recommend. Overall, Arby's remains a solid choice for those who love this fast-food chain.
