“When we stopped to get food we went through the drive-thru. The boy on the speaker either couldn't hear us or didn't pay enough attention.I didn't get my drink I paid for and I asked 3 times for onion rings and they weren't even on the bill. I went inside and the manager saw me standing with receipt in hand. I explained to her what happened. She took care of all of it. She was the nicest manager I have ever met in food retail. I wish I had gotten her name. I appreciate the way she took care of things. She is a shining example of how a real manager should conduct themselves and lead the team. Thanks so much!!!“

“Stopped in during lunch rush. The fastest, friendliest, cleanest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Well stocked at the drink station. Clean bathrooms. Interior was decorated for the season. Didn’t know fast food places still existed like this. Very well done“
“Coneys where good. 3 way wasn't good. They wouldn't give us any crackers. Informed us it was .25$ a pack. But they informed us that one came with 3 way. We told them we didn't get one but they didn't give believe us. Pretty ridiculous on 20$ can't get any crackers.“

“First they called this location. The staff was very friendly. The two girls that were working normally with Subway. There's a problem with honoring buy one, get one or buy one half off, not at this location today. They were very friendly. The deal through the app was honored. Disappears to be a very good location“
“This is a second review for this location this is actually for the Kenwood Road Kenwood Ohio location near Cincinnati my prior visit to this location was not a positive one at this one was much better and it indirectly involved the same manager and a different cook both were awesome very friendly took care of me in a great Manner and actually offered me a free cup of coffee while I was waiting for them to prepare my food which was very very nice good visit this time totally makes up for the previous incident of a few months ago in which everything was really disorganized and confusing that day“

“Made order from vehicle, car in front of us must have ordered weird stuff. Waited a good five minutes before we were at the window. Ordered 2 beef/chedders, 2 chicken sandwiches & one med. fry Got back to house had the fry, 2 beef/ chedders, 1 chicken sand. & one roast beef sand. A simple order but got it wrong. How can this happen? Food was fine.“
