“When we stopped to get food we went through the drive-thru. The boy on the speaker either couldn't hear us or didn't pay enough attention.I didn't get my drink I paid for and I asked 3 times for onion rings and they weren't even on the bill. I went inside and the manager saw me standing with receipt in hand. I explained to her what happened. She took care of all of it. She was the nicest manager I have ever met in food retail. I wish I had gotten her name. I appreciate the way she took care of things. She is a shining example of how a real manager should conduct themselves and lead the team. Thanks so much!!!“
“Much to my surprise this Wendy's was very good, the food was hot, the orders were correct and the staff was friendly and helpful. I visited this same Wendy's two other times and had the same experience each time. I hardly go to Wendy's because the one closest to my home is not good no matter how many times you go. Hat's off to the staff at this Wendy's.“

“This is a second review for this location this is actually for the Kenwood Road Kenwood Ohio location near Cincinnati my prior visit to this location was not a positive one at this one was much better and it indirectly involved the same manager and a different cook both were awesome very friendly took care of me in a great Manner and actually offered me a free cup of coffee while I was waiting for them to prepare my food which was very very nice good visit this time totally makes up for the previous incident of a few months ago in which everything was really disorganized and confusing that day“
“No salt!! On anyone's burger or fries and the oil needed changed nothing tasted fresh and the service was not the best I understand you get what you pay for hoever try a smile it's contagious I wasn't loving it. Ba da da da da“
“First time here, stopped in for lunch on a whim. Me server was fantastic! Opted for a classic cheeseburger served with seasoned waffle fries. Very good. Cheeseburger was really good. Waffle fries were slightly overcooked for me but still yummy. Sweat tea was Devine! Would definitely stop back on for another visit soon.“

An old-fashioned, drive up, dining experience.Parking: Park in any space in the lot, and someone will physically come to the car to provide menus and take orders.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and respectful staff. “Post church rush was very busy, Frank was the first person who acknowledged us waiting to be seating. After being seated we had the pleasure of having Frank as our server. As I watched the time roll by, I noticed Frank showed so much passion in his work, he was cleaning his own tables, seating people, taking orders and our waters never went empty. Idk what Frank is being given hourly but the leadership team needs to value Frank as an employee through a promotion, he was the reason for our experience being turned around after waiting to be seated. We will be back and hopefully have Frank again as our server!“
