My grand daughter took me out. The chef's name was Elo. That young man put on a show making the food more enjoyable to eat. I hope all your restaurants are as pleasing as the on Charin, in cleve oh. The manger was very polite as well. She made sure we were pleased. I will go back. Thank you so much. God bless
This restaurant has amazing food , amazing staff! 💯 recommend this place for a good night out. it's very family oriented to make you feel welcome. it's for sure if you going to look for a nice place to eat at this is the place to be hands down. trust me you don't know what you're missing, I'd recommend it to everybody 100%. you don't believe me. check it out.
I arrived for a 7pm reservation and was told that it will be about ten minutes all the while the two men at the desk was joking around and being unprofessional.
After 15 minutes I asked the guys how much longer and at first they ignored me then responded about another 10 to 15 minutes at that time we left. I have been to several Benihana in California, Florida and Hawaii and since I was in Cleveland for a visit I decided to take a friend to the restaurant and was embarrassed...read full review
