The quality control leaves much to be desired. The last few times I’ve ordered cookies from them they were significantly underbaked where only the edges of the cookies were baked all the way through. The center of the cookies were barely baked at all and falling apart as soon as I picked them up, sometimes even sticking to the box. At first it wasn’t that bad. I did notice them seemed to purposely underbake their cookies to make them crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. When you eat them fresh from the oven they’re really good but let them sit too long and they become doughy. Now it is so bad the cookies are coming out the oven doughy in the middle.

For the past three weeks, every time I’ve tried to order online from this location, they’ve been out of the weekly cookies. We used to love going here, but it’s been really disappointing lately. Hopefully more items can be kept in stock moving forward.

I spoke with Rain, who was an absolute delight and walked me through the assorted cookie options. Ordering online was quick and painless—I may have selected one… or two… or three each of the assorted cookies 😄. From entering my card info to delivery, everything happened within an hour. I’ve never actually had a Crumbl Cookie myself (Montreal problems!), but based on this experience alone, they’re officially on my must-try list for my next visit.
