I went to HECKS to celebrate my Birthday June 3 and when I tell you EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT from the Server ( Sad I can remember her name) the recipe says PARTY U (I don't think thats her name. But she was EXCELLENT...MY Dinner party was 15 people and everyone was happy with the food and service so THANK YOU HECKS for making my Birthday Dinner a GREAT NIGHT OF FOOD & SERVICE ♡
I Even met a lady in the restroom it was her first time there and she loved it as well she was having heart surgery the next morning at Cleveland Clinic and I PRAY that everything went well for her 🙏🏽🙏🏽

You should make reservations if dinner time. The parking while in a plaza , all full at dinner and you will have to park far. Keep this in mind if you havw walking issues. The food waa awesome for all at our table. The service was good as we had two servers.

Great food and a great experience! We came in with a large party and lots of kids, and Olivia, our waitress, was absolutely amazing. She got every order correct, kept everything organized, and made sure the kids were eating right away which every parent appreciates. The service was friendly, efficient, and stress-free even with our big group. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing!!. What a great restaurant with exquisite decor!. The Blueberry Brie burger was probably the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Everything that we ordered was absolutely delicious!. We were very impressed!. We can’t wait to go back!.

Hecks needs an upgrade!! I keep giving it chances, but the food is never hot, service is borderline bad, and the atmosphere is dull. This time is my LAST time!! I do not recommend. There are so many other nearby options that have way better food, service, and atmosphere especially for the price.

We entertained a large group (25 people). Hecks was able to accommodate and happily accepted the reservation. From start to finish, we had zero issues!
Food and appetizers delivered timely and in the correct spot. Two servers for our large group ensured nothing was missing.
