All of these teriyaki places are different and the ones open today are not good. This one overcooks their meat. They skimp on the vegetables.Also, don't order the beef. I dont know what it is about the beef at Chinese and Japanese restaurants. but the beef is always gross and chewy, as it is here as well. I usually dont order beef at Chinese restaurants but this time I tried it just to get something different from the teriyaki chicken. The picture showed the beef as a choice cut of beef, but this needed up being that typical chewy Chinese beef meat.

Regarding all of the bad service reviews... The service is fine. It's an Asian fast food spot. English is their second language what do you expect? They take your order and make your food quickly. Maybe they aren't the most polite but they don't speak English naturally. Get over it.

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a small box of vegetables with chicken and shrimp. They pored teriyaki sauce all over it. I told them I didn't ask for sauce on anything. The one in charge yelled "To late, To late! We already made it! I demanded a refund since they didn't want remake it! Had to report them to mall management to resolve this issue! Never again will they get my $.

The lady working is so rode, I know that the credit card machine that they have will not work with the chip on my card from the first time But it will work on the third, and I asked here to try it again and she was so rode saying no I wouldn't, she was saying that I need another card Which I have but since she is rode I did not give it the her and a canceled the order I need the manager to contact me ASAP

I had the most horrible disgusting experience. There was a long hair inside my chicken egg roll. They were very nonchalant, rude, and unprofessional. I am highly upset and sick to my stomache. They didnt apologize and had the nerve to get an attitude with me because they gave me a cash refund and i paid with debit card. She told me i had her cash. Thats an error on your part not mine....VERY DISGUSTING AND TASTE NASTY ALSO!
