Came for a celebration but left disappointed. We thought since the location in Polaris & Easton in Columbus was such a pleasant & delicious experience while not try Beachwood outside of Cleveland , never again, everyone food was room temperature, stale, greasy, accept for the soup which wasn't bad Egg noodle and the hot & sour but the meats, noodles & rice Absolutely Nothing was warm, much of the food tasted like it was reheated or as if it was frozen food at some point. Even the texture of the Koren boneless chicken tasted rather stale. Keylime pie was mushy.
The server asked our table would we like a refill, it took her a long time to provide that but instead she's walking through the dining room sipping on her drink while we sitting thirsty then try to overcharge us by $40 , and this place looked presentable just gloomy , dimmed nights, itvwas rather empty and make sense now, I wonder why the parking lot was empty, that was a warning ⚠️ sign. Overall the waitress was nice. We want be returning.

I had teriyaki beef with lo mein, a margarita and my partner had Mongolian beef with rice. Both beef dishes were salty and mine tasted sort of sourish spoiled. My beverage grantee did come with black salt on the rim, it was my fault for not reading ingredients carefully. After I had my drink transferred to an unsalted glass, it tasted like they poured salt into it. The waitress was okay she could've done a few things differently. The atmosphere was cool, it wasn't crowded at all.

Very disappointing experience- ordered on line for curb side pick up. Received texted that said let them know when I arrive- so I texted HERE when I parked. Response was - “Thank you. We are putting the finishing touches on your P. F. Chang's order and will have an update for you soon.”. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting. Finally I went inside to ask where is my curbside order. The young looked on the shelf behind her and handed me my order. Says they don’t know who is curb side. There is a window right by her. She should have seen my car sitting. My ticket on my order say pick up 7:40 and the description of my car!!! See picture of the ticket. The food was ok but chicken and shrimp were overcooked. I asked who to talk to and she said corporate and then handed me a card which just takes you here to leave a review and no phone number!!!

Update 2/11/25: Tonight was the worst experience. My food was not prepared, as stated on the menu or the online menu. The servers stated that it was prepared correctly and that they didn't add the extra vegetables, so the manager was asked to come out but he didn't So the server told me that it will be prepared as I want it, but it was not how I wanted it, it was the way the menu stated it. My food went to the kitchen again, and hot vegetables were served, but the meat was cold because it was not remade. The dynamite shrimp was not great, and the rice was not fully cooked. After all this, I was going to get fully charged for the entree. This was not acceptable, so the entree was comped.
The meal was New Teriyaki steak, the picture states what is included, but I got was
A bunch of sliced onions and pineapples.
The worst part was not food, but it was the attitude that they didn't care, especially the manager.
I will not be going back.

The first problem was that it was freezing cold in the restraunt. Everyone had to wear their coats and winter hats. The crispy honey chicken was sour and not prepared all the way. It looked as though it was dumped on my plate and warmed with a microwave. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Our server Meghan was amazing here on Valentines night 2025. Thanks for the great food and great service! The picture is of my empty teriyaki chicken and my husband’s empty orange chicken plates! The food was very good. We ordered Northern ribs (they don’t have sauce) Meghan was nice enough to get us some sauce on the side then we decided that we liked them with AND without the sauce. We will be back!

I dined at P.F. Chang's yesterday and was surprised to notice that two servers who brought our food had long artificial nails. While the food was good, I'm concerned about the hygiene implications, as this practice goes against standard food safety regulations. Management should address this issue to ensure proper food handling practices are followed. The overall experience was enjoyable, but this oversight raises questions about their commitment to health standards.

Food and service was good. My major complaint is it wasn't handicap friendly as whoever plowed the sidewalk pushed all the snow onto the ramp and I struggled pushing wife's wheelchair up there. I told the host who apologized and did nothing about it. Hour and a half later when we left still covered in snow. Ashame how many companies don't care about disabled.
