Took my girlfriend and mom and sister to Hyde Park before a show yesterday. I’m not sure what the best part of the evening was—the food, the service, or Keith—the GM. The appetizers and steaks were cooked to perfection, the service was impeccable. Before you realized you needed a refill, you were asked if you wanted another. The place was packed but it didn’t seem to matter. Every time we arrive, we come for not only the atmosphere (nobody wants to sit in an empty restaurant), but the top shelf service. Management does something you don’t see at most places: they lead by example. The guys in suits bring knives, drinks, appetizers, anything. The wife and I had an anniversary/birthday celebration. It couldn’t have been better. The food was outstanding and perfectly cooked. I had salmon, she had filet and lobster. The service was great, and they even decorated our table and gave us a dessert. I would highly recommend going here for a special or any occasion.
