Came for a celebration but left disappointed. We thought since the location in Polaris & Easton in Columbus was such a pleasant & delicious experience while not try Beachwood outside of Cleveland , never again, everyone food was room temperature, stale, greasy, accept for the soup which wasn't bad Egg noodle and the hot & sour but the meats, noodles & rice Absolutely Nothing was warm, much of the food tasted like it was reheated or as if it was frozen food...

I had teriyaki beef with lo mein, a margarita and my partner had Mongolian beef with rice. Both beef dishes were salty and mine tasted sort of sourish spoiled. My beverage grantee did come with black salt on the rim, it was my fault for not reading ingredients carefully. After I had my drink transferred to an unsalted glass, it tasted like they poured salt into it. The waitress was okay she could've done a few things differently. The atmosphere was cool, it wasn't crowded...

Very disappointing experience- ordered on line for curb side pick up. Received texted that said let them know when I arrive- so I texted HERE when I parked. Response was - “Thank you. We are putting the finishing touches on your P. F. Chang's order and will have an update for you soon.”. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting. Finally I went inside to ask where is my curbside order. The young looked on the shelf behind her and handed me my order. Says they don’t...
