I cannot say enough good things about this place! By far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. The food was good—I ordered a regular pasta bowl with chicken and enjoyed the taste. However, for nearly $15, the portion size was disappointing. The bowl wasn’t even filled, which didn’t feel like a good value. At places like Chipotle or BIBIBOP, you at least get a full bowl for a similar price or cheaper.
The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.
