Pretty standard sandwich shop. Definitely on the slower side, even when ordering ahead. I'm not sure why it takes 25 minutes to make a single sandwich, so I ended up waiting longer than expected. Their Everything bread is definitely the go-to for all subs.

March 2024 Update:Food quality has dropped as prices of ingredients have rose. More portion sizes now, but smaller for the same cost. Service is still great, but the tables were not as clean as they used to be.Original Review:Godfather is the best sub around! High quality meats and toppings. Multigrain bread is fantastic, with Everything coming in a close second. Restaurant is always clean and lively. Food is a bit pricey but makes up for cost in taste. Highly recommended!

Really clean and fast service. Like most, I like the bread and the ability to choose cold or grilled.

Today's my birthday and I'm at a hotel so I wanted to try a new place and I saw this place so I ordered a Meatball sub which is my favorite sub, it was for pickup and it wasn't long after being ordered I picked it up so it had to be fresh. It honestly wasn't good, I'd stick with Cassanos before giving this another shot

I didn't get to eat lunch today, because I wasted time waiting for my order and was then told "we forgot to make it".Thanks, DiBellas. I won't be coming back.Update: No, DiBellas, I will not take the time to fill out your form. I've already had to explain to my boss I was late coming back to work because of you. I simply will not come back, period.

I travel a good portion of the year on business and have dined at thousands of restaurants so feel I can write a fair and unbiased review. In my younger years I also was a food safety lead in a large food production facility. I cannot recommend anyone to eat at the Beavercreek Ohio Dibella's location after what my family and I witnessed today. I will first say that the long haired gentleman who took our order has been pleasant, attentive, and respectful both times we have frequented this location. He handed us a ticket to take to the register only for another gentleman at the register to make us repeat the entire order for him to ring it in. Not sure why there isn't communication between the employees or some type of automated system, but not the end of the world. The primary frustration came when we watched a third worker bring a ladder directly between the food prep area and grill, pull out a ceiling tile, and start cleaning out dirt and debris out of the ceiling directly over this area. I voiced my concerns and a female came out of the back who I can only assume is the manager. She could not wrap her head around why this was not acceptable. She stated that they clean them "two or three times a week" I assume insinuating not much debris could have fallen out. Horrendous logic. She did offer to clean the area and remake the food, but still could not understand that debris could have and likely did fall into the condiments, vegetables, etc as all the lids to them were open within a few feet of the ladder. The fact she was so complacent in this being acceptable really makes me wonder with this happening in front of customers what is happening when customers are not present? She kept asking me questions and when I responded she states, "I'm not going to argue with you sir." We had not received our food yet so I just wanted a refund and to leave. Simple as that. Did not want to argue or debate anyone once I realized she didn't see the problem in it. As my family was getting up to leave she snottily says, "Are you sure you don't still want the kids meals? I don't want your kids to go hungry." As if there aren't hundreds of other restaurants in the area for me to take them to. She had to get that little jab in instead of just letting us go on our way. Will never go back here and health department has been notified.

It was my first time ever in here and I usually don’t leave a post unless I feel strongly about it , but I had to wait a while for my regular veggie sub to be ready, I specifically asked for no olives and extra pickles and got the complete opposite, I also got pasta salad which tasted just like chemicals and not real food, the place really pretty but I don’t think they had attention to detail

Service is great. Bread is always fresh unlike other chains who claim to bake bread daily but you get day old bread. Great place to get a sandwich at a reasonable

Atmosphere and service are great but there are so many sub shops and the sandwiches just don't wow me here. The price is higher than other sub shops but the flavor just isn't there.
