“Love the smoothies and the food. The customer service needs a bit of work. I ordered curbside and let them know as I walked in. The young lady said "we are just waiting on the smoothies." She walks away to tell the workers in the back. A young lady responds with "they are just going to have to wait." When I heard that, I was disappointed as there was no comment needed or at least say it so the customer can't hear or see you say it. I go to the Beavercreek location a couple times a month.“

“The people that are running the place are so sweet and accomodating! The drinks were delicious! There are so many choices to choose from. The lady who took my order told me that if I didn’t like the drinks that I ordered she could remake something else I might would like instead as they are new and still trying to get the measurements right with the recipes but there was no need, they were so good! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! 🫶🏼“

The employee reviewed my order confirmation, apologized for the inconvenience, and started making it right away. The service was outstanding and the smoothie was delicious.“

“I really want to give this review 5 stars all around. Really. however, I just can't. I can for the service though! The young lady was training someone new and still gave amazing service to my mother and myself. so for her alone 5 stars.

Now lets get into the disappointments. First off, I didn't want to come here to begin with as it was too cold for a smoothie. I had just moved here from a major city and wasn't really sure what was around anyway. My mom wanted to come here though. When we entered, I wasn't expecting an actual food menu.

I read it through and decided on the Thai Salad. and the Kiwi, Strawberry, Yogurt smoothie. (I forgot the actual name of it). Once we got our order we sat down at one of the tables and I drank my smoothie while my mother ate her food. I did not mine because I was not hungry at the time.

The smoothie was alright. I have noticed it was better than most of the other smoothies I have had in the crap area. So kudos to that. The salad however was not that great. it was merely okay though I am pretty sure that is what put me on the toilet for over an hour a couple of hours after consuming it.“

“A shout out to Tropical Smoothie Café at 2307 Farhills Ave. in Kettering Ohio. I walked in there on a Saturday afternoon at 11:52 and ordered 25 large smoothies and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Everything was nicely packed up, sat down in ice and they helped me to my car, they’re awesome. I definitely will be back for my large orders.“

“I stop in occasionally; But after trying a product of yours, was a positive. in fact I will be stopping in to get more of it. I'd caught what I think was the flu, though I have not been medically diagnosed. Symptoms itchy throat, low fever that progressed to high fever, body aches and pain, nausea, vomiting, headaches, cough congestion, no appetite, etc. I was just too sick to drive myself to the hospital. I'm going to the urgent care tonight to see where I'm at with this. On Friday my brother was sent to the store to get me some nutrients and medicines. He also came back with a bottle of Premixed Super Tonic; I thank God for this product that you've made Mr. Poole. Because, I feel much better. My fever has dropped, and I'm eating light, and I'm up out the bed, stirring around. My brother wasn't bothered about my flu Symptoms, and his reply , why, was. "Oh, I'm good sis, I take a dose of My Super Tonic daily; My whole family at home was sick as a dog, but, I'm good". Well, at that moment I added to my list of items to get this Super Tonic. I will come in next time and buy it myself. I drink Nestle Water, however, I'm seeing that you have a brand that's good for your health, too. Anyway, our food from the springboro location tonight was amazing. Ingredients were fresh, smoothies were perfect, taste amazing. We both have COVID and have really been struggling with keeping up on eating healthy, and it really hit the spot.“
