I almost quit eating here until i bring my concerns to Dulce( very attentive to the costumer’s concerns and caring person). So the issue here was this, everytime i ordered via drive thru and go home, there was something missing either fries or canes sauces i raised the issue yesterday at drive thru and Dulce happened to be there, attentive and understandable, she apologized on behalf if the team and told to make sure i get my order right and if by mistake they miss something...
Great food, love the fat man with the elbow grease cookin' up the chicken! Iffy music taste, not much of a Pac fan myself, however I can see the inspiration for his home cookins. Will be back! Thank you, Maurice!
There was a very long hair in my food. Unfortunately, I didn’t see it before I felt part of it in my mouth. I didn’t die but I would encourage staff to be more aware and diligent with pulling their hair up/wearing hairnets.
