“Had heard great things about the Vegan options that Flavors offered and boy was I not disappointed. The man at the counter went over the menu in detail pointing out the vegan options. I got the Hummus bake and it was delicious. The chips, salsa and garlic sauce was outstanding. I will be back. Great food, great service at a very reasonable price and made to order VEGAN style.“

“This location is absolutely horrible like the workers hate their job so bad they are always rude. The manager was so rude with me. He didn’t care that. I said I would leave a negative review. He made them charge me for a large bowl when I got a small bowl just because I wanted a little more noodles. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years literally when they first opened only reason I came back cause I start working somewhere that was close to them again now I drive the extra 20 minutes to the Miamisburg location where I’m always treated like a valuable customer Stroop location would never give me sugar from the back for my lemonade, claiming they didn’t have any, but the Miamisburg location gives me a small container of sugar every time with no problem I hate this location and I will never return“

“Very clean and beachy decor. Service was fine. The young woman who had just barely clocked in was great and helped several people in a row and quickly. The other 2 employees didnt even acknowledge anyone and one guy was on a cell phone. I mean he was working but still optics. Smoothies tasted great.“

“This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe as I went for lunch with 3 friends who had been there on prior days. I was pleasantly surprised with the number of smoothies from which to choose, plus finding out that any ingredient is able to added or subtracted per individual taste. They also have numerous wraps or salads; all very healthy options. I didn't order a Smoothie, but ordered a grilled chicken wrap, removing an item that I'm sensitive to and don't eat. The manager was very helpful with her recommendations including knowledge of ingredients that helped with some dietary limitations. She was very polite, yet personable. A great mixture of business-sense and nice customer service. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable; as we chose to eat in their dining room. It was a pleasant and delicious lunch together. We would go there again in the future.“
