What can I say? They deserve a terrible rating. So many times I've dealt with ridiculously slow service, my fault for coming back for more. They have a bad habit of making you wait at the drive thru box to place your order, only to find they've cleared out everyone ahead of you. The problem is that now you wait again for them to cook your order. This location regularly takes 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of you. Went there for lunch today.
My order was correct and the food was good, even though it took ten minutes for my order to come up. They were very busy, so I'm not too concerned about the time involved.
What bothered me was the manager. Her attitude toward the person in the back making the sandwiches was uncalled for.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a large #1 brisket sandwich. It took me 14 minutes to get out of the drive-thru prison and when I get home to enjoy my meal, which is 5 minutes away, I open the box for my entree to find a smashed and cold sandwich definitely not worth 9 dollars and 12 cents. Arbys really does not have the meats. The crunchy bunned mess is skimpy at best.

Arby's offers a solid dining experience, as long as the meat is fresh, buns are soft, and fries are hot. The staff at the window is often kind and friendly. However, some issues arise with payment, as gift cards cannot be applied through the app and coupons are only accepted in-store. Tables may not always be tidy, and service can be unfriendly. The food, including the PCS and blueberry lemonade, is generally good, but may not always meet expectations. Overall, the best Arby's locations have excellent customer service and nice staff.
