“I originally came to Chapz Bar & Grill for the wings, but when I saw the 10 oz. New York Strip special with two sides for just $12.99, I decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did.

The steak was surprisingly good and honestly one of the better meals I’ve had at a small-town Ohio restaurant. It was lean, not overly fatty, and cooked to a perfect medium. I paired it with a fresh side salad topped with feta cheese and balsamic dressing. The lettuce was crisp, fresh, and free of any discoloration, which I always appreciate.

The atmosphere was welcoming and exactly what you’d hope for from a local neighborhood spot. It was nice to see so many regulars chatting with one another while the jukebox played in the background. The place felt lively, comfortable, and consistent.

A special thank you to my server, Bobbi. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged in conversation. She did a great job recommending a few extras without being pushy, and she stayed on top of everything throughout my meal. I never had to ask for refills or anything else, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be back to try those wings next time. If you’re looking for a good meal, friendly service, and a place that feels like a true local favorite, Chapz Bar & Grill is worth stopping by.”

“Had 0 intentions of eating so much! Lol but our waitress was so polite and attentive and informative and it was pretty busy. Pretty much whatever she was selling we were buying. We had burgers, fries and a appetizer. Finished with a great piece of strawberry 🍓 cake that the 3 of us shared and it was plenty! “I just moved to belmont county in july 2024 and omgod by far my favorite pizza EVER. Although my favorite DiCarlo's is the St. Clairsville location, we love it so much that the St. Clairsville employee ( i believe he's the manager) knows us as soon as we walk in.”

First time visiting this location as we are from PA. A quick stop with some amazing servers. Renee, our sandwich maker was so polite and hysterical! We ordered 2 footlongs and left with filled tummies and smiles!

The dining room was clean and stocked. Cookies were available to go.

“The best tasting pizza in the Ohio Valley, period. The dough is very tasty and they add a nice touch of literally painting garlic butter on the crust. Best tasting sauce on a pizza that I've ever had, creates a base for the pizza to make the toppings pop. The cheese, though, is soooo good and completes a perfect tasting pizza. They are so good that I'd wish they'd open franchises elsewhere in the Ohio Valley so that people beyond Flushing, OH could enjoy its greatness!”
