“My new favorite restaurant!! Will and Carly took awesome care of my daughter and I!! I am gluten intolerant and haven’t had this kind of food in years!! Fried mushrooms, fried pickles, Mac n cheese with fried chicken and an apple dessert that was heaven!! Plus lots of gluten free beer! Love this place! Wish we had one in the South Bend area!!“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I just had our order delivered which is placed through a call center. Asked for marinara for 2 orders of cheese bread and got none. Called 6 times and was only hung up on. If I had paid by credit card I would be disputing the charge. I’m pissed and do not recommend it. They don’t answer to correct the situation.“
