Ordered pizza last week for my household and 1 hour has passed and we called to get an update on our order and they said it was going to be another hour since they only had 1 driver, understandable. Two hours later, we get a notification saying our food got delivered. They didn’t even deliver it to the right apartment. They delivered it to another apartment building and just left it there. Thank god our neighbor called us (the next day) and told us that our food was at her doorstep....read full review
I just had our order delivered which is placed through a call center. Asked for marinara for 2 orders of cheese bread and got none. Called 6 times and was only hung up on. If I had paid by credit card I would be disputing the charge. I’m pissed and do not recommend it. They don’t answer to correct the situation.
