We've been going to El Oriros for about a year now and I'm finally writing a review because we love it so much! We took some friends there yesterday and they loved it as much as we do. The salsa is so good! And I love that they give everyone their own individual bowl. Our server was Chapo and he was fantastic! Such a charmer. Keep up the good work El Orito!

This is my family’s favorite restaurant. Everything we order is amazing. However, they have chorizo just like my grandparents made. I highly recommend anything with it! Also everyone at the table gets their own little bowl of salsa. The music is fun. Great staff and vibes. Wonderful experience.

Food is 6/5 fantastic but the service is absolutely terrible. So, I still come here but I bring appropriate expectations and after about 20-25 visits will be reducing my tips from 20-25% to about 15% moving forward.
We've been to the other El Orito location in Middeburg Heights and loved the service and food. Berea was a different story completely. The service was incredibly slow throughout the entire meal. We debated leaving after we first sat down and nobody came to the table for some time. The queso was very runny and disappointing. Our server didn't check on the table much and didn't talk very loud. Definitely won't go back to this location and will go to the Middleburg location instead.

After waiting in line to ask if I seat myself at the bar the host ignored me and seated people behind me. Food is amazing but slow getting out to me. I was told I have chips in a few minutes 20 minutes goes by and no chips. It took over 30 minutes to get taco on taco Tuesday. This place is disorganized and needs a better support staff.
