We've had 4 meals at this restaurant as it is conveniently located however, we've not had one single good meal. Each time we thought maybe this one will be better but unfortunately not. The ambience and service are good but the food is not. We have tried multiple dishes and none were any good. While the expectation for good Mexican food is pretty low in Northeast Ohio, this place can't even reach that low threshold. The food lacks flavor and is inconsistent. The salsa has taste different each time. I get the sense the kitchen doesn't taste what they are serving. The dish we ordered that was supposed to have pork carnitas but was just a big blob of pork fat covered in sauce. They may do something well but we're not going to spend any more money trying to figure it out.

Lunch is stated on their menu until 3pm and we arrived at 2:40 and ordered at 2:45. Yet we were charged dinner prices. I got a lame excuse that the lunch stops at 2:50. Well 2:45 is still within the allowed time. The food was great, the service not so much.

Got in late on Sunday 15 minutes before the kitchen close they stayed open and serve me and got me a drink. Service is amazing.

Stopped in for lunch, got three shredded chicken tacos for the Taco Tuesday special (only $6.50 for all three, great deal). Tacos were very tasty, and they had a handful of hot sauces to pick from. Service was friendly, so I'm looking forward to visiting again.
Service was terrible ordered queso had to hunt Someone down for chips to go with it advertise fresh cut french fries and get served waffle fries. Never came to check Very disappointed after driving 30 minutes. Watermelon margarita did not taste like watermelon

We've been going to El Oriros for about a year now and I'm finally writing a review because we love it so much! We took some friends there yesterday and they loved it as much as we do. The salsa is so good! And I love that they give everyone their own individual bowl. Our server was Chapo and he was fantastic! Such a charmer. Keep up the good work El Orito!
