The quality is great but the portions for the pricing is a joke. I just got their green glow bowl and they were out of the grains and substituted it with potatoes…like a baby bite worth of potatoes. Three lil pieces of chicken ? $16 and the bowl was gone in several bites and I’m still hungry. If you get anything from here get a wrap because sometimes they make it a decent size and it will fill you up…just expect the TINIEST portion of protein.
Today I took my tastebuds to Vitality Bowls Superfood Cafe. Vitality Bowls is located in Berea Ohio. The cafe has a nice setup with a nice size seating area. There is also a patio out front to enjoy some good weather & healthy eating. I decided to order the Dragon Bowl acai bowl. The Dragon Bowl comes with Pitaya, banana, pineapples, immunity boost, coconut milk and mango peach juice. I also got a smoothie called The Rehydrator. I finally made it to Vitality bowls for my free (belated) birthday bowl. It was absolutely magnificent! Please give this place your business, you will certainly be doing yourself a favor!
