Arby's Reviews
Shout out to Stephanie in the drive thru at lunch today. Our order was hot, exceedingly fresh and accurate. She was pleasant and personable. My Gyro was prepared perfectly and hubby's Wagyu burger and fries were fresh and clean. Great job to Arby's Bethel team today. Thank you!!
this has been our favorite place to get takeout and we only get take out once or twice a month. today they not only got my husband's order wrong but the French fries were cold and undercooked and my sandwich was cold like it was in a refrigerator and very little meat and was just yuck!

Arby's, a fast-food restaurant, often receives mixed reviews from customers. While some find the food generally okay, especially when visited early in the morning, others express disappointment with the high prices and quality of the menu items.
Customers report that the food is usually fresh and hot, and the staff is friendly and personable. However, there have been instances of issues, such as a raw cheeseburger and unsatisfactory fried mac and cheese. The restaurant has also been criticized for providing leftover fries and curly fries that are hard and crispy, rather than soft and fresh.
The high prices at Arby's, with a meal costing around $25 for two sandwiches, three cookies, and a small drink, have been a source of frustration for some customers. They feel the food quality does not match the prices, with the burgers being on par with other fast-food establishments and the bourbon BBQ sandwich lacking in flavor and being slightly dry.
Overall, Arby's seems to provide a mixed dining experience, with some customers finding the food acceptable, while others feel the high prices do not justify the quality of the menu items.
