Whoever the manager was working on 12/16/23 in the evening needs to be fired along with his disrespectful staff on that shift. I along with my mother was cussed at by the manager who also attempted to throw food on us because his employees were rude and slamming our bowls around. When we spoke up about our food being made wrong, one of the employees stuck his hands in the food in attempt to “fix” the order and remove the item I didn’t want on my bowl. Well, we arrived on a Monday around 8:00pm & the store was clearly under staffed. Wet chips, no cilantro in the guac, trash piling over, but the worst was being charged for 2 full burritos when double meat was ordered. Is that normal?? We had a $25 burrito!!!! Seriously, no manager was around, either. Kids are running the place & it shows tonight. The guy didn’t even know how to do a kids’ taco tray. I’d like my money back please. Gross experience!
