Terrible commitment to the client.Orders that were supposed to be ready, there was a person from Doordash who waited more than half an hour and there was another from Uber Eats who left better. In addition, two other customers also became desperate because they did not have the truly terrible product but terrible service
Today, Ordered 3 pepperoni and cheese pizza's as the goal was only trying to make sure that the children, who were hungry, cranky, and sleepy ate. Papa John's on Main St. It's not far at all. To get home to discover that the pizza's weren't even done was very disheartening. It had been a long day already. Called to see if this situation could be rectified. An absolute joke. Second time I have ordered from this store and not had good experiences. Half of our pizza was just sauce as if they threw the pizza in the box, and the garlic knots were dumped into the box and were completely dry. The box was seasoned better than the garlic knots themselves. I’ll never order from here again.
